Actually WE never had rights to the KAC trademark. KAC talked with them about producing KAC trademarked guns, however before the contract was signed WE started producting the guns and releasing them. KAC voided all talks with WE and denied them trademark rights to all KAC related products. Mr Knight confirmed this at Shot Show 2012.
