Does the West respect Speech Freedom?

After many videos of Chinese protests are removed by youTube, a number of pro-China posters are disabled from commenting on youTube. There is no youTube email to them explaining this. The youTube webpage messages say "there is a technical problem when posting your comment". This is a solid evident that there is media control in the US. Pro-Tibet comments and videos are free to exist, but not the pro-China ones. Is this the "freedom" in the West?!
