  • Atrue 82/90 XLi would not detect a full set and pick them up and sweep after the first ball because it would see that no pins were knocked down through the scoring camera and then reverse the sweep back up and go to second ball. The same is true for a 7 or 10 pin pickoff after the first ball...

  • @BIGGREENLEAF1 The "partial sweep" is indeed an option during normal game play... saves wear and tear on the motors. In this video I have it set to continuous cycle in order to show the full range of each cycle.

  • @plexnoid I figured that is what you were doing but I had reached my stupid 500 word limit before I could add that to my previous comment but figured I would say that before some smart ass came on and said it in an unfriendly manner, something seen way to much of on youtube.. Another point is with the MP or single board Omega-Tek chassis conversion for the 82/70 they are also capable of the short 1st ball cycle and it also does away with the nighmare of table wires... Is this a new installation?

  • @BIGGREENLEAF1 Yeah, the whole setup was installed new in '07. I am a little spoiled since I don't have to deal with retrofit chassis kits and whatnot. On a side note, I am thinking I will make a video of the short cycle so people can see the difference.
