Every day you remind me of my biggest dream; Getting all TFTC seasons on DVD. I have been trying to get it for over a year. I bought it from China, but everytime I order one, I got a message OUT OF STOCK. There was someone who had it in stock and sent it, but the package got lost. I have had dreams the whole year about the package arriving. I ordered it 2 days ago on amazon. It's gonna arrive in January. Till then I'm watching your great review. Thing that really annoyed me about the show that the episode names very rarely had anything to do with the episode and, when they did, the reference was so obscure you'd have a hard time trying to remember which the name later on. The only names that really stick out are "All Around the House" (Killer Santa) and "Easel Kill Ya" (murderer who paints victims then sells portraits for tons). Other ones picked batcrazy names or names that sounded almost identical to others, like "This'll Kill Ya"

I liked the show but I would never buy the DVDs since very few eps were really rewatchable. And it only ran HBO in the US, iirc. I can't believe you tried comparing it to the Twilight Zone and Outer Limits =x Both dealt with more intellectual horror where most TftC eps had raunchy jokes and gore, followed by a predictable overly ironic twist. Plus didn't these DVD sets come out years ago?

Yep, HBO ran it back in the day uncut. I think there was a point when HBO ran it 7 days a week also. So many good memories watching this show as a kid. Going to have to pick these up when I can.
