Xbox360 version has PhysX, reads on the box. Also it looks exactly the same on xbox as it does on PC all ultra high. Love this game, the elves make me lol every time XD

What I love about these series is the humor and the parodies....hippie elves, cannibalistic hobbits, a protagonist looking suspiciously like Sauron from lotr....it's just awesome! (and the gameplay is perfect, ofcourse)

c'mon the game is pure awesomeness, long adventure with hours of fun, killing things with total non sense and great low humor, the equipments are awesoem, the animals helping your minions is a really great new for the game and c'mon who does not want to be the boss of the world, the only thing I really dont like in the game is the final boss 'cause he is not a way special to the story o.0

u use your Minion to do some task .

yeah the first couple of stages are simple, but it's get tougher at latter levels & you really have to be creative sometimes.

Yes, i kind of forced myself to play and after i did get to the green minions it suddenly started to be much better game hehe.

I really liked the part where i had to control the green minions and move their lair one by one closer to the "gate" where it was teleported to my castle hehe.

So yeah you are right it does get tougher and i like that. It was way too simple first.

Still i dont think it's an awesome game but still it might be worth trying out.

Well what I remember is that the old overlord comes back and he's like a magician and than all your minions betray you and go to the old overlord and than you'll have to get some of them back in a small map and you have to defeat the old one .. But I neevr did that cuz i didn't knew how it worked :P And when i did knew i didn't feel like it anymore

Consoles are like the PC lite. Sure they offer games. But with only one form of controls, lesser graphics, and piss poor online.

You can build a PC in this day and age for cheaper than a PS3, and it will easily outperform a PS3.

PC's are easy to upgrade too. Stay a little behind the cutting edge and PC gaming is cheap, probably cheaper than console gaming.

Too true. The fallacious arguments about PCs being more expensive are only taking into account the "latest and greatest" GPUs/CPU prices... one can easily stay 1/2 years behind the curve, cut prices in half and outperform a console by a few times over.

figured it out yet? you take the stink flower by sending a minion to it take it to the side where the water comes out.. but before you do that you should place guard markers on all the buttons except the middle one. then when the queen is where the water comes out and then she's off the wall. use the greens and repeat

yeah thats fighting the giant spider it is so complicated well not complicated but long after that part you got to climb spiders and make them touch little brick things i am at the city of i do not remember its like tropical i can't get past the part were this gate closes behind you and there imperial soldiers in to placesand archers shoot you i keep dieing and running out of minions also were are the blue minions i still havent found the shards for the old tower haeart.

you mean the part where you fight the governor of everlight? oh just leave some minions to attack one side as a diversion then go behind the troops and destroy the tent and do the same to the other side. oh and the blue minions are before you enter the arena and once you find all shards don't fight the empire there are too many of them just run and you have to take a left where the first gargantuan was when you start to run

It's due to a number of factors, one large on being piracy, and incidentally PC gaming being 'bad' isn't one of the reasons at all. I would say actually that PC gaming being 'good' is the only thing keeping it afloat right now.

As for action games... they are generally more appealing to children. Consoles are made for kids. You see the relation?

I finally realized the games I liked to play most where better if I bought them so I could play online and get updates for. D2D, Steam and GOG (UT2k4 for $9.99) make it worth my while.

There's been enough good games on PC in 2008 and 9 already to say that things are improving drastically.

Well, not quite AS easy, but yeah it is fairly easy if you know what you're doing. The big difference I think is that most people don't know how to burn CDs to use with their consoles - you don't even need to burn anything to get a pirated game on PC.
