when it doesn't have a dash, is blow air.

' = means half bend down

" = whole bend down.

@upyoursize in breaths or "Draws" are usually indicated by "-" on the tabs. So for every dash next to a number it means inhale/draw

His tabs are wrongly writen, he forgot to mention the most imporant parts of harmonic tabs, douchebag, anyway, he is not blowing, he is drawing, most of the notes are blows. I Don't even know how the rest goes, its all mingled, and one of the notes is wrong... I'd say buy an ocarina.
