Please spay your cat. It can't be stressed enough how many millions of homeless cats and kittens are euthanized every day in shelters worldwide. If you want kittens so badly, think about fostering a homeless pregnant queen or queen with kittens who may have otherwise been euthanized for lack of a place to go. Please think about it.

kiwivit79, who the fuck are you to criticize someones decision on breeding cats? The cats have a home, obviously you lack the intellectual ability to interpret these concepts to your own basis... The kittens won't end up starving, homeless, or overpopulated.

If someone didn't want to breed animals, then there are options of neutralizing their ability to mate - recently known as "SPAY" and "NEUTER". But that's up to the owner, not you.

Perhaps you need to go back and re-read my comment. I am not trying to be rude or instigate confrontation. All I am trying to do is stress the huge issue of pet overpopulation and it is no joke if you work in any sort of animal welfare career, especially when innocent lives have to be taken to make room for more. More people need to make educated decisions when it comes to breeding their animals. There is no need to get so defensive.
