its e bay buyers like this that put me off selling on e bay. I remember selling a faulty Ipod. In the listing that they were buying A faulty ipod. I put this in HUGE red letters... when the person who won the item got it. I got a snotty e mail saying "WHY is there is no charger. This is like selling a car without petrol" No where did i put it came with a charger etc. He then contacted paypal and e bay who sided in my favour as i had not listed a charger. People assume things like this guy did.

There have been times when any one of these judges will call a recess during the air time, do additional research for the case, and when they're done the show returns to the air and wraps up. There are 2 episodes to every 1/2-hr. show and no case is heard in 15 minutes. These are all actual judges with long-standing successful careers. They know what they're doing.

OK I kinda don't understand this. I seller can sue a buyer for not buying. The defendants clearly didn't want the items anymore, and appearantly didn't pay for them either. The seller still had the items, but recieved no money.

Why not just wash your hands of it, and resale the items.

I mean I realize that ebay auctions are kinda considered like contracts. But nobody was at a loss. If anything the seller would of had a little pain having to repost the ad.

The plaintiff is a scammer. If it were me, I would've just re-listed the items, not sued them in People's Court. Obviously he's just after money if he's going this route. He didn't even have all the hardware anyway, he's just looking to unload some junk. He did tell the truth in the ad, but I personally wouldn't have listed the item unless it had all the hardware, even if I said it, because you KNOW down the road it's going to create drama.
