"Their" in this sense would imply possesion, as in, if "Inside Me" was the title of a DVD and it belonged to two people. Then it would be their "Inside Me." I believe what you mean to say is They're Inside Me, as in, They Are. Unless of course you are trying to be funny, in which case lol.
