  • @DaytonaRoadster Cenk might as well pull down his pants and masturbate while does his show. He falls for every smooth talking lie Obama tells every time even after being screwed so many times. He's the textbook abused wife!

  • Most progressives will vote Obama because he's like the smooth talking abusive boyfriend that kisses the bruises after he's beaten the crap out of you.

  • @deadrepublicantv Actually, he hasn't. We ignore the repeal of DADT, health care (however flawed). Let's remeber that change doesn't happen overnight. We ignored the special unit to investigate the banks. That's also why we lose. We give up too soon.

  • @sirellyn Alot of his points are scare tactics. No one is going to be putting eight year olds in factories if Ron Paul is elected and he's never even suggested it. Alot of busybodies like to post nonsense like that to scare people out of status quo.

  • @jrpone Well if NDAA isn't repealed there is no America PERIOD. So is he Jesus Christ? No. But do we need someone to bring back sanity to an overreaching government? Absolutely! I see no other candidate doing that.

  • its funny, go watch the "Progressive" news show TYT analysis on this speech, they couldnt give Obama a bigger blowjob over how good it was. Its nice to see a real news show with people who arent blithering morons, thanks Real News

  • if ppl can't drop social issues a couple days b4 we go bankrupt quite frankly i dont care who they're attracted to

  • Vote Obama if you don't want a war with Iran.

  • I'm just a random Canadian guy (with nearly all my family in California and Texas), and to be honest, I've enough concerns with my own government, but this is seriously the first time I've ever heard the name Gary Johnson. Why is that?

  • @4Micahful

Harper needs to balance our budget or our nation could risk an NDP majority which would put on the path of declining Europe and over spending America.

  • I'm writing in no confidence! I wish everyone would boycott the vote. Not one single vote casted in a protest against the bullshit we are offered as reps.

  • @secretbubba3 And that's only going to screw ourselves. In this Post Citizen's United time. It does matter who wins the presidency in terms of avoiding another Citizen's United.

  • He is a moderate Republican!!!!!! Look at his history!

  • Stewart Alexander or the Green Party.

    ...just saying...

  • Why doesn't the real news talk about Ron Paul? Is the real news corrupt?

  • wow that chic looks like an ex of mine....

  • All those talks Obama had with the republicans,,hes been persuaded,,, taken into the dark side,,what about that legislation he signed allowing paranoi police homeland? thats an ancient republican dream,,,Luke turn back from the darkside! Say no to the Siths!

  • Where did all the crazy people come from who are commenting on this video? It's like no one reads or thinks for themselves anymore. They all just spout their angry spoon fed crap over and over.

  • As a progressive, I will vote green. If it comes down to losing the election to Newt Gingrich, be it so. There's not difference between him and Obama.

  • @CitizenofDystopia There actually is a difference; Gingrich is actually better. Don't get me wrong, he smells of sulphur and death for a very good reason. He'll just be opposed by the Democrats is all.

  • @CitizenofDystopia You've got to be kidding me.

  • @CitizenofDystopia Do you not remember 2000

  • @TheThought2be Obama isn't Clinton, and Obama part 2 is certainly not Al Gore.

  • Progressives were created by corporations and are still run by major corporations. Why is it that talking to a progressive is like talking to a five year old. here is a history lesson for anyone with the capacity to understand it. youtube.com/watch?v=Ta7q1amDAN4

  • @RefractableMe Video does not exist. Maybe first you should get the capacity to Copy/Paste.

  • @helios5868 its not me its youtube replace "youtu.be"/Ta7q1amDAN4

  • LOL! Why would progressives leave? They have taken over both parties!

  • @idiotsallover Listen to what progressives want done, look at what Republicans do, look at what Democrats do, realize how little they have in common, and attempt the use of your brain.

  • And the Paultards come a-screamin'...

Seriously, the Ron Paul Cult is going to be euthanised very soon. The old racist bastard won't win a single state and he'll be too old for another vanity run in 2016. He won't run as a third party candidate again because he knows the attention's over.

  • Rocky Anderson 2012!!!

  • GTFO RAUL JAY YOU SELL OUT SCUM!

  • Well since Romney sold out to JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs and Obama sold out to JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs . Open secrets .org 2008 contributions and 2102 contributions. All the candidates want more wars and to make United States weaker and hated hmm!

  • Keep up the good work Paul

  • The Zionist have to act VERY soon. Just in case Ron Paul gets elected, or maybe the entire U.S. revolts against them. Prepare for WW3 just in case, there's no going back for them. They think that they are Gods "chosen" one's. They think that they can survive a nuclear war, with maybe half a billion "Goyims" to serve them.

  • I changed my political affiliation from Democratic Party to Unaffiliated in 2011. I am a Liberal Progressive.

  • @manmadesounds rocky anderson 2012

  • I am voting third party for president.

  • It's Ron Paul for the long haul! Romney can not win. (We will NOT vote for him.) Paul can/will win.

  • Will progressives and libertarians abandon major parties?

    Let's hope so!

  • I'd do the show without bottoms.

  • Love the way the host tries to asume he knows why all the younger people are agreeing with Ron Paul mainly on foreign policy & not limited gov't. WRONG!!!! They like his WHOLE message RNN!!! Not just the leftist part you want to promote!

  • @Dedhedted71 I dont. Paul is great on foreign policy and civil liberties, and absolutely awful on nearly everything else. Ending Social Security, ending the Civil Rights Act, racist newsletters? no thanks

  • @thehipi The topic is young Ron Paul supporters! Not non supporters duhhh!!!! And by even bringing up the discredited newsletters that he disavowed & didn't write, one realizes that you are not even paying attention to anything other than the boob tube! Wake up son!!!

  • @Dedhedted71 LOL, How can you sit up and accuse another poster of making a "blanket" statement after you made one yourself, and then dismiss the opinion of another Young Person by telling him to "Wake Up". Im also a Young Person who see's Ron Paul's claims to get rid of Social Security, Dept. of Educ., Civil Rights Act, the Gold Standard, etc as aweful as well. Plus have you Paulites considered WHO Ron would put in his administration, think about that for a minute.

  • @jrpone Well then you too need to enlighten yourself on the depth of his ideas before you start defending an anti Ron Paul position. It's seems to me that the young people supporting Ron Paul are the ones who know their stuff! The rest just call him names & place false labels on him. Never anything of substance.

  • @Dedhedted71 Dude I am well aware of Ron Paul's positions, and I doubt you are. The fact is not one has called Paul names, the two posters who you dismissed off had valid points, the fact is SOME of Ron Paul's domestic policies don't appeal to most younger people, he would infact privatize very key and popular Gov. funded institutions like Education and Social Security, The Public School system is the a Pillar of American society yet Paul would be in favor of privatizing it.-absurd.

  • @jrpone Absurd!!! That is what I call name calling! How is it absurd? Explain how America became a great nation on gov't run welfare & militarism. I can't wait to hear it! I guess that one poster wasn't totally wrong. Some young people just don't get it. How do you plan to keep paying for all of these already failed programs??? (long dead silence) Yea! That's what I thought!

  • @Dedhedted71 America became great for two reasons: is conquered the Western Territories, and it won World War Two... the biggest government program in the history of the world. Ron Paul is a conservative, he believes that government is there to protect capital, not people. I believe otherwise, and most people do as well.

  • @etzel33 America was great before WW2. We purchased the western territories & then cultivated the land with hard work, determination, & guts. Inventions, medicine, music! The free mkt.brought millions up & out of poverty. We provided a bastion of freedom to the world! Great thinkers came to our country like Einstein. Because we were truly a free country! Now you want to try again! Your hatred of the current mess we are in has fogged your judgement & twisted your perception of history.

  • @Dedhedted71 I understand that's how you've read it from your programming, but if you really take a good look at the facts of history, you'll realize that America wasn't a great power until the end of WW2, when it inherited the British Empire that had collapsed. Look, I'm all for free markets and Liberty, but this hatred of Democracy is sociopathic, and Ron Paul feeds that. He doesn't believe in "civil liberty" as most think of it.

  • @etzel33 My programming??? LMAO!!! I say something that makes sense & you say more bullshit! Thank you for proving my point junior. You are so full of it!

  • go shoot a few indians and slap one of your slaves Mr. Liberty

  • @etzel33 Pea wit! I'm part native American you dunce! Typical youtube troll. Go read a book!

  • @Dedhedted71 let the flame war begin! with all the posts I've seen you make on this vid, I wonder what a troll is to you? So you're part native American, that's great. You said this country was built by hard working Americans... nothing about the land seized by conquest, the chinese or african laborers that actually built this country. Your "history" is pure right wing fantasy, hence "programming". You want to stay stupid, then keep your mouth open and your ears shut.

  • @etzel33 And you have your head up your collective ass! All the people you mentioned are Americans you stupid moron! Who's living in fantasy land??? We ALL contributed to what is today AMERICA!!! You act like a few bad times equate to everything we have ever accomplished! Pull your head out of your brainwashed ass!

  • @Dedhedted71 that's it. as many paultards have proven themselves, so you have proven yourself to be completely bereft of civility. There is not reasonable discussion with you. The delusion is all on your side of the coin, but you scream profanity to make up for coherent argument. Lesson learned: don't feed the trolls. Gotta block you.

  • @etzel33 Yea whatever. You lost the argument, got put in your place, never brought anything worthwhile to the debate, & now you are running away like a whipped doggie!!! Your weak liberal fantasies can not compete with cold hard reality. We are broke! Gov't paying for everything is a thing of the past no matter how bad you wanna help people. You libs think that money printed endlessly from a machine is the key to prosperity when in fact it is leading us to ruin.

  • @Dedhedted71 sociopathic bullshit, filled with hate and spite for people... and you want to convince people to your position? sorry, you're just an asshole.

  • @etzel33 It sure is child's play debating all of you delusional liberals! There is like 7 of you twits & I am still making twice as much sense as all of you put together. That's because the truth is on my side. America & the free mkt has done more good for this world than any other system in history! That is a fact that can not be argued. But I'm sure you liberal, America hating assholes will try.

  • @Dedhedted71

Theres no point in debating them. 60 years ago they'd be Nazi's man, not in the same fascist fashion obviously but you get the idea. They manufacture their ideas and beliefs as being the norm or moderate but are in truth really causing more growth pains in moving forward.

  • @etzel33

You liberal progressives will never get it. Slavery did not build America, you should read more about your history rather then learning a progressive philosophy which takes in the struggles of certain groups and disregards others. "Actually built this country" many contributed to America and still are today. Most corners of the world have a certain stake in America and to label one particular ethnic group as contributing more then the other is just ignorant talk.

  • @Reido2828 wow, that's two paultards in a row. Lots of hatred in your little club. LOTS of hatred. I'm sure people reading your comments realize that YOU have found the true messiah and only HE can defeat these evil forces of progressivism...twisted, demented sociopathy all financed by conservative think-tanks. You guys are like the Taliban, there's no rational discussion possible here.

  • @Dedhedted71 You are really misinformed, America was never a superpower until After WW2 prior Great Britian, France and Germany dominated the world scene. Second, America became "Free" after the Gov. did its job and ended Child Labor, Horrible Work conditions, est. the Civil Rights acts, est. public education, est. Social security, etc. America would not be where it is had the Fed. Gov. not done its job, stuff Ron Paul wants to get rid of.

  • @jrpone I have *never* heard of a country being known as a superpower because of it's social programs. It's always been from it's economic might.

Second, I suggest you look at your priorities. If being a warfare nation and indefinite detention of citizens for no reason is LOWER priority than avoiding child labor and horrible work conditions, you're only hurting your own cause.

Pretty hard to protest when sent to jail or off to war.

  • @sirellyn See the problem with you Paulites is that you assume too much. Show me where I said anything about the NDAA being a lower Priority than child labor laws, I said the Gov. did its job. The Constitution does not give the gov. the power to detain American citizens without a trial, so the Gov. is not doing its job. Second what does welfare have to do with my argument?? Is fair working conditions and child labor laws "Welfare" to you or are you using Welfare as a red herring??

  • @jrpone I'm observing your priorities. If the NDAA is a bigger issue (but not to the exclusion of others), if war and foreign policy is generally a bigger issue, if economic transparency is generally a bigger issue, you'd be suggesting Paul is the best of the lot but you still wouldn't vote for him.

There's nothing wrong with child labor and work conditions rating personally high with you. But do they trump the above?

  • @sirellyn If Paul would have won the nomination I would have voted for him in the general election based on the fact that I know he would abolish the NDAA and Patriot act, on the same note I would be weary of his promise to simply destroy the Dept. of Educ. which would end up privatizing our Public school system, and if you don't think Privatizing Public Education is madness then you should not be allowed to live in America, as Public Educ. is a tenant and creation of America.

  • @jrpone I come from a family of teachers and I think the public education system is madness right now. If you are arguing the fact that every child should have access to good education, I'd likely agree on that point, but differ on the method.

Some worries people have for Paul seem unlikely for me, the president has direct power to withdraw troops or veto a resign of the patriot act, but it takes congress to destroy departments, the same congress that votes opposite Paul.

  • @sirellyn I agree, the Education system sucks but I think it should be reformed not destroyed and it should remain Gov. funded. I agree that Paul's social policies probably wont pass, all Im saying is that the Small gov. argument has flaws, we need a balanced gov. that does its job, not too small not to large.

  • @jrpone No, America became free after the government step by step abandoned laws and regulations which discriminated against several groups of people and became less free after the government decided to grow again, which eventually led to ours being a superpower. The fact that the government first was evil and then started becoming less evil is not a valid argument for big government.

  • @semperFi4ever100 the Fed. Gov did not discriminate against people the State Gov. did with the Jim Crow laws etc, it was the Fed. Gov. that outlawed Jim Crow with the Civil Rights act. And where did I say the Gov. was Evil or less Evil?? Sorry but I don't operate from some illogical dumbed down Judeo-Christian POV, the Gov is what it is and has done great things when it does its job and protects Americans, not when it sits back and let corporations run everything, sorry.

  • @jrpone You're argument is based around the assumption that people in Washington always know what's the objectively best thing for America. First off, I don't think they even know that and secondly I hate being told what's best for me. That's why I prefer low-level government where people can directly influence the outcome. Also, e.g. overturning Jim Crow laws wasn't an achievement by the Federal government, it was just them stopping to ignore existing law, namely the Constitution.

  • @semperFi4ever100 You are kidding right, so the fact that the damn National Guard had to come into protect a Black Girl from being beaten to death by Mob violence, the fact that it took the Supreme Court(Not the Federal Branch) to judge Brown V. Board of Education etc. to get rid of Jim Crow means nothing, if it were not for the Civil Rights Act and If Ron Paul had gotten his way with his moroonic "States Rights" Blacks would still be drinking from colored water fountains. SMH

  • @jrpone I'm not saying they should leave states alone to become a tyranny. Actually what I'm saying doesn't have to do with States rights at all. I'm saying that political decisions should be made as close to the people who are affected by these decisions as possible. And that it's not the Federal government which abolished segregation in the Civil Rights Act but that segregation had been forbidden under the Constitution to begin with. The Civil Rights Act just reminded people of that.

  • @jrpone very weak argument against ron paul, also nowadays the federal government is corrupt to the core, just a burocratic law enforcement for the patriot act, disrespecting civil rights, also their agents are involved in operation fast and furious- sending guns and billions to mexican cartels.

Ron paul is the only one against the wars,NDAA and banks bailout and you guys act "US will be terrible with Ron paul"... wake up to reality get your priorites straight

  • @Alamsoares1989 I never said the U.S would be terrible with Paul, Im saying the man is not some Divine prophet you Paulites make him out to be. The fact that you Paulites don't seem to understand is that even if Paul became President he has to fill his cabinent, he has to create an administration and he has Congress and the House to deal with, The only thing Paul could do is abolish laws like the NDAA and Patriot Act which Im in favor of.

  • @Dedhedted71 what a pseudo bunch of crap did you just say? what history are you talking about? B4 ww2 America was GREAT... MORE LIKE A GREAT DEPRESSION it took the government to spend money to bring back the failed capitalist system. So many people have pointed out how wrong you are but you will just keep trolling. go lick Ron's balls you dumb zombie big head no brain knuckle dragging none intellectual piece of shit. ... oh and fuCK Youuuu

  • @N0g0dzN0masterz

You're a typical blind liberal idiot. The US has had the biggest economy since the early 1800's. You have no fucking argument against the Capitalist system, not a single system in history has taken hundreds of millions out of poverty so fast. Right now the big three Brazil, China and India are all introducing progressive capitalist ideas and its working in the lower classes.

  • @Reido2828 You are such a Fucking moron... you call me a liberal and defend a liberal economic system... for crying out loud how fucking stupid are you?You have not a fucking clue of what your talking about. You call capitalism an open system? LOL idiot. here is a news flash for you. ITS NOT. The U.S. has had the biggest economy since the early 1800's? wrong! just factually wrong! Not to mention even if it was THERE WAS FUCKING SLAVERY, are you saying slavery is part of capitalism? FUCK YOU!

  • @N0g0dzN0masterz

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA YOUR RESPONSE IS TYPICAL OF A WANNABE INTELLECTUAL. Just name calling, swearing and acting like a stupid monkey without making an argument. KNOW YOUR HISTORY LITTLE BOY.

  • @Reido2828 YOU stupid fuck I don't want to be an intellectual just a troll. IDIOT LOL

  • @N0g0dzN0masterz

    You're like 15 years old I think.

  • @Reido2828 You think? I Though I was a wannabe intellectual... LOL I think you are just dumb.

  • @N0g0dzN0masterz

You have yet to counter my argument with any facts. Like a typical Liberal you will resort to name calling and race card playing to get your points across. You really are pathetic

  • @N0g0dzN0masterz

Just because your not smart enough to succeed in a open system, doesn't mean its no good. It just means your a wannabe intellectual who floats your propaganda around like it has meaning. In truth you're just a young punk who has to bitch and moan when he can't get his way.

  • @etzel33

Dear fool, USA has had the biggest economy since the early 1800's. America has made many strides over the last two centuries in economics, IT WAS AFTER 1945 WHEN THEY WENT DOWN HILL. ESPECIALLY IN THE 60'S IS WHEN THE GREAT DECLINE STARTED. YOU NEED TO TRULY READ YOUR HISTORY

  • @Dedhedted71 Where did I say anything about Welfare?? I said the Dept. of Educ., Gov. Funded Civil Services etc. Also Social Security is a Damn Great Program you moron, do you know how the Elderly literaly died on the streets before Social Security, S.S is one of the most successful programs in American history dummy, it has a surplus so it not failed so we don't need to worry about paying for it. You Paulites have no clue about what Privatizing everything would do to this nation.

  • @jrpone yup, Ron Paul claims he will get rid of Gold Standard, you are so right! :D

  • @viewer8D Actually I meant to say "est. the Gold Standard", but I ran out of comment space so it might be confusing..its supposed to read simply "the gold standard"

  • @jrpone

Your just another typical ignorant American. I really do believe Americans should not be allowed to vote for their government. You're no good at it. Ron Paul does not endorse any gold standard; but monetary competition. Ron Paul will not get rid of social security; but will fund it and medicare but give young people the option to drop out. The Dept of education needs to be downsized as it HAS DONE NOTHING FOR THE COUNTRY. Civil rights act? This is distorted, Faux news no doubt

  • @jrpone

I don't think you made any valid arguments here. Ron Paul is a bit wack but hes the only candidate in the country who actually has a clue as to where your country is headin. Again, I meant it sincerely; Americans should not be allowed to vote. You have no idea how to reform, how to vote third party nor have any clue as to how a government should run. Its the blind teaching the blind down there

  • @Reido2828 Here's the thing instead of calling me names actually try to find out what I feel on the matter, I agree that Paul is the only candidate that I would vote for, I simply happen to disagree with some of his stances-GASP..So really you are the ignorant person here.

  • @thehipi @dedhedted, I agree with thehipi. Paul is NOT a true libertarian in that he wants the government to restrict women's reproductive freedom. He's okay on some civil liberties issues and getting out of our wars, incl. the 'war' on drugs, but he wants to eliminate FEMA, EPA, FDA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other social programs entirely. RonPaul's NOT my choice. Government is needed in many areas, but we must stop the crony appointments and the revolving door between Congress and corporations.

  • @aachargers2010 Get rid of all of that stuff. It is all used to control the public.

  • @thehipi You think that a human being should be force at gunpoint to join the social security system. That they are cattle who can't opt out?

  • @shadowbankers the only argument conservatives have against any social welfare is TAXATION. Of course, there is a strong libertarian argument FOR taxation of land, which is the root issue going back 500 years, but that takes some thinking to discuss. Fact is that taxation is NOT necessarily theft, so your force argument is invalid. Territorial rights are the initiation of force no matter how you justify it. Sovereignty, democracy, is the begger issue.

  • that's the way most reasonable people look at Paul.

  • @Dedhedted71 The younger people are pretty ignorant about history and facts

  • @bonnevie9 That's like saying all black people eat fried chicken. It's an ignorant statement. And you are underestimating the youth of this nation. Much more aware than past generations. So you are just plain wrong. If you don't agree then say so & bring something to the debate. Until then quit wasting time making dumb blanket statements.

  • @Dedhedted71 Most Young People(Im Young) have no clue what the hell Ron Paul is proposing, esp. when it comes to getting rid of Gov. Funding of Public institutions, which would mean privatizing everything from Education to services, and allowing the states to regulate everything. I do, and these policies of Ron Paul are absurd to say the least and dangerous.

  • @Dedhedted71 I like when you talk for all of them..cool!

  • @Dedhedted71 Right on! Freedom! Not this socialist crap from the right and left.

  • This whole notion that the economy is everyones main concern in this election I think is a bit of a stretch! Yes some people & areas of the country are not doing great but as a whole I believe more people are worried about losing our civil liberties than anything else! They are destroying our constitution! That is my main concern for sure!!!

  • I can't stand this dumb bitch. Complimenting Santorum and critizing Ron Paul?

  • I like ROCKY ANDERSON for PREZ 2012, twice elected mayor of Slt Lk City,

    -a truth-to-power progressive

-fought vigorously against the failed "war on drugs"

-named one of the top ten straight advocates for the GLBT community

-named greenest mayor in the country

    -EPA's Climate Protection Award

-Profile in Courage Award by LULAC

-Founder and Exec Dir of 'High Road for Human Rights'

-Testified before House Judic Cmtee on abuses of power by the Executive Branch

    -proven electable!!! & more

  • Rocky Anderson's not an over-the-top Ayn Rand'er. He's pragmatic, authentic, and represents the 99%. Ron Paul is against everything our govt provides, so he appears to have a little something for everyone, BUT he's not a libertarian... he's against women's reproductive rights, although supported by a vast majority of Americans. I cannot support Ron Paul, nor can I support Obama. Rocky looks like the best progressive candidate to me.

  • @aachargers2010 But third party has not a prayer of winning.

  • If you want: 1. An end to wars and military occupations 2. To bring the troops and the money home 3. The end of the Bush-Obama tax cuts to the wealthy 4. Single payer universal health care 5. Decent affordable housing for all 6. To legalize and tax marijuana – End the drug war 7. To restore our air, water, land – Protect the environment 8. To Rebuild America’s infrastructure 9. Genuine democracy for the 99% Vote for Stewart Alexander and Alex Mendoza - Socialist Party USA!
  • @blunt1984 I want all those things but I never heard of those two

  • I switched to the Republican Party to vote for Ron Paul in the Primary, and again in the general election.

  • Everyone says, a third party rises up, stings like a bee,..and then dies.. A third party challenge secures a win for the other side..

  • We probably assume that a third party on the left would guanine a loss for Obama and a win for the far right..

The only way to break the dou-monopoly of the Republican and Democrat parties is a rise of moderate challenge on both sides of the spectrum.. In other words, Republican, Democratic, Libertarian and Progressive. Regardless of the outcome the Red/Blue dichotomy would be forever upset.

  • I think people are to pure and stubborn in their political idealogies. Look, the founding fathers built this country by compromising with one another and with compromise in mind. I support President Obama because I believe his ultimate goal is to take this center-right country and turn it into a center-left country. And I believe Obama can do just that.

  • When libertarians can embrace Democracy, and when progressives can embrace Liberty, maybe we'll have something. Few libertarians believe in medicare-for-all, and few progressives believe in ending the abuses of bureaucracy. No matter; the center will still have control as long as they are set against each other.

  • @etzel33 Constitutional Republic, not democracy. Democracy is mob rule.

  • @shadowbankers that's the opening line of right-wing conservatism, that democracy is evil. Liberty and Democracy are not opposing ideas.

  • I am going to give this Gary Johnson a look. i am defiantly not voting for Obama nor Romney

  • @ipbron12 Try Paul also

  • "We live in freedom." "We" being the rich white dudes Matt Welch hangs out with.

  • Matt Welch has a perfect unibrow.

  • "Libertarians can't stomach Romney." And they can stomach Gingrich?

  • @NoCommentChick NOPE!!!

  • @NoCommentChick They cant stomach Gingrich, Romney, Santorum, or Obama. Better?

Most of us (Im not a true libertarian, im actually a Blue Republican (a democrat voting for Paul)) will probably either stay home or vote Libertarian or Gary Johnson come november.

  • Tea partiers will waste their vote on one of a number of right-wing crazies like Newt. The tiny number of Libertarians out there will vote for Ron Paul, which will further fragment the Republicans.

Progressives, on the other hand, WILL vote for President Obama. They will be working within the Democratic party to pull the Democrats back to their liberal roots and away from extremist Tea-partiers, Libertarians, Republicans and blue-dog Democrats.

  • @milofonbil You are probably right. Liberals talk a good line of bullshit, but when it comes down to it, they will lock step with the marxist agenda. They rally against war when it's a republican, but when it's a marxist tyrannical puppet, they will hold their nose and say, YES, DEAR LEADER!".

  • @shadowbankers You haven't got slightest idea what marxism is don't you? A small tip - if you don't know what word means don't use it.

  • @daPawlak •Central banking system •Government controlled education •Government controlled labor •Government ownership of transportation and communication vehicles •Government ownership of agricultural means and factories •Total abolition of private property •Property rights confiscation •Heavy income tax on everyone •Elimination of rights of inheritance •Regional planning
  • @daPawlak Part 1 - Obama's Ties to Socialism, Marxism, and Communism

    1. Obama's Father Wrote About Socialism

    2. Obama's Mother Was a "Communist Sympathizer"

    3. Obama's Parents Met in a Russian Class

    4. Obama's Teen Mentor was Frank Marshall Davis (a known CPUSA member)

    5. Obama's Brother Roy and Cousin Odinga are Marxists

    6. Obama Attended Socialist Conferences at Cooper Union

    7. Obama Was Hand Picked by Alice Palmer to Succeed Her in the Illinois State Senate

  • @daPawlak

    8. Obama's Run for the Illinois State Senate was Launched by a Fundraiser Organized at Bill Ayers' and Bernardine Dorhn's Chicago Home - Ayers

    9. Obama Had a Close Relationship with the "Anti-Capitalist" Group ACORN

    10. Obama Attended Several Meetings with the Democratic Socialists in Chicago and Was even Endorsed by Them

    11. Obama Endorsed Openly Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders

    13. The Communist Party USA Endorsed Obama

  • @daPawlak "I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets." - Barack Obama (Dreams of My Father)

Shall I continue or do you look foolish enough?

  • @daPawlak You are correct. Obama is no marxist. His administration has actually been to the right of GW Bush.

Under Obama the results have been: a health care bill that forces people to buy insurance from corporations, an expansion of the "war on terror" to Pakistan, Yemen, and Somalia; the war in Libya; and the NDAA which cements into law the indefinate detention of American citizens.

That really doesn't sound like a socialist agenda to me.

  • @blunt1984 it is if you look at the bigger picture. The globalist banking cartels love socialism. Soros is a perfect example. Bush is a leftist just like his dad. It is a cabal. Hillary Clinton goes on retreats with the Bush's. The whole thing is theater to make you think you have a choice. You get to pick which dictator puppet you want.

  • @shadowbankers During Bush years I considered myself a liberal. Now, I realize that Republicans and Democrats are THE SAME FUCKING GODDAMN THING.

    Both parties SUCK.

  • @shadowbankers Would you mind posting a link to the so-called marxist agenda from the Democratic Party? I know Hannity, Limbaugh and Beck tell you this, but I want to see it from the donkey's mouth for myself.

  • @milofonbil I listed facts. I didn't say anything about an agenda. You came to that conclusion on your own, for a very good reason. FYI, I can't stand any of those neocons you listed. I am for liberty and freedom, which is obscured by the left/right paradigm. OBAMA = ROMNEY = BUSH = GINGRICH = CLINTON. Look at who finances them. Bush was CIA Director. Obama worked for CIA in Afhanistan. Bush and Clinton are Skull & Bones. ALL are CFR members.

  • @shadowbankers What's your source on this comment, please: "Obama worked for CIA in Afhanistan"? And I tend to agree with your overall sentiment, that we need systemic change away from 2-party system, but I also recognize that the 99% receives quite a few more crumbs from the D's than from the R's, and today's T.P. R's are just totally scary.

  • @aachargers2010 Al arge section of the Tea Party has been co-opted by neocons. Dr. James Dviad Manning did an investigation on Obama. I would start there. My understanding is that he was an interpreter working with the Taliban during the Soviet invasion after bing recruited out of Occidental University.

  • @shadowbankers What's your source that Bill Clinton was Skull and Bones? I cannot find a reliable source that backs this claim What is your source that Barrack Obama was CIA? I cannot find a reliable source or a fit in the timeline to back this claim either. He could not have been at Occidental or Columbia at the same time while doing CIA work in Afghanistan. I'm not hung up on a left-right or statist-libertarian and don't subscribe to conspiracy theories.

    Who financed

  • @milofonbil Obama was recruited out of Occidental. He never attended Columbia.

As to Clinton, it is fairly well known, but you can look up Charlotte Iserbyt's Secrets of Skull and Bones Blown Wide Open.

  • @shadowbankers

    You're funny. :)

  • @shadowbankers Common. President Obama graduated with a BS in 1983 from Columbia. There is no way to have a career with the CIA in Afghanistan and be seen while in college at Columbia. BS.

Clinton does not show up in the Skull and Bones membership list. What makes Charlotte Iserby authority on the subject? Her Bonesman Dad? He would not tell her anything. The skull and bones are a reminder what happens to people that leak the secrets of the order. BS.

  • @milofonbil You mean except for the large number of Progressives like myself that are voting for Paul? Paul has alot of supporters on the left, you know.

And bro, as a lifelong Democrat, I now realise that BOTH parties SUCK. One just sucks a bit less.

  • @LordOrlock There may be a few independents that call themselves progressives that will be voting in the primaries. There are not enough votes to get Ron Paul nominated, so the Republicans will have Mitt or Newt. Given a choice between either of these guy and President Obama, they can waste their vote or vote for Obama. The way to make things go in the right way is to get involved right now at the grass-roots level and influence the platform and policies for the next four years.

  • Paul jay, I have supported Real News with a yearly donation because I believed in your honesty. This was the worst example of news analysis I have ever seen by TRN. It was like watching MSNBC. Puke. Today is the first time that I feel you have contributed a dishonest "program" to your viewers. This was nothing but tired old stereotypes about right-wing hypocrisy. Big effin whoop. Based on the title, Ron Paul should have dominated the conversation. Shame on you. Not one more dime from me, sir.

  • I'm disappointed that Real News gave exposure to Megan Carpentier because she has embarked on a campaign to ridicule progressives who won't vote for Obama. I know this because I'm a progressive who reads Raw Story. She's a lightweight. Ignore her.

  • @jim294 Let me say, I have no idea who she is, but your comment is right on target, what tripe, what stereotypical nonsense, and the other interview subject was not fundamentally better, just more polished in his delivery, imo. This was altogether the most disappointing real news production I have ever seen. Nothing was uncovered of substance and yet so much that could have been said, was not. TRN is slipping.

  • halfway through this vid and it's unbelievable to me that you can persist to talk about the titled-issue and not mention ron paul's name once? I mean wtf, paul jay? Ron Paul wants to end american "empire-building"...end the wars...close the foreign bases...completely remake american foreign policy and yet...nothing. Pathetic.

  • the democratic party is a myth ! OWS all day !

  • @CazyDayz OWS = NWO

  • Even The Real News can't escape the Paul phenomena. If the msm treated Paul the same way they treated Obama 4 years ago (as opposed to the diametric-opposite), given their tremendous youth support, Paul would be winning. It's sad that the msm can determine the outcome of elections, but a lot of people are brainwashed by the msm. Progressives should support Ron Paul if they really want to put their vote where their rhetoric is.

  • When will you stop wishing for a saviour to come to rescue? When will you instead realise this cannot be solved with voting within the current system? And when will you instead start participating in political activism and building a new society from the bottom...not letting a crazy libertarian loose in government!!

  • @daveruda Short answer: never. These Ron Paul groupies did the same thing 4 years ago and now they are getting on own nerves again.

  • Fuck Politicians, unless Americans UNITE and stop being divided amongst each other for ONCE to oppose this awful tyranny that this country has becoming.

  • The only way Paul can get the nomination is by nominating delegates. This process is different for every state. My state is open, so I can register the day of the vote and switch later on without issue. Delegates then go to the state convention, delegates then nominate national convention delegates. If Ron Paul isn't a threat, flood the republican party and get him nominated! Make it easy on Obama and screw the fools who funded Gingrich and Romney!
