But sometimes, you have to take a step back and realise that everything is not as it seems. People are being oppressed, and as an Ummah, we should be pro-actively seeking ways in which to prevent these things from happening. I know a sister who was taken in the Pakistan/Bangladesh war and made to do these things. She was completely unable to help herself or get away. Luckily she was freed later by Bangladeshi soldiers. I wasn't disputing the fact that prostitution is bad...merely pointing out that of the statistics used in the lecture, most of these women ARE treated badly and are not their by choice. The Prophet SAW did not spread Islam just by talking- he practiced it and he helped others. I am always around non-Muslims, and when I sit down with them and talk and just practice my faith...they learn. They might not become muslims, but they respect themselves in the way that the Koran teaches and they learn to respect Islam. Okay, then go to Yusuf Islam's webage or David Wharsby's blogg, or Zain Baihka's page, or google to hear Michael talk about his faith. Don't use wikiislam, use the real sorces then, and you will see that the story about Micahael converting is false.
I know wikiislam is not always right, but go there and look at there sources, and you will see that it's stright from Yusuf islam and others, from there pages.

So is it said that David Wharseby was. Both of them have said it never happen, that they never even met Michael. Surely Michael was buried as a Muslim by Americans but what they are saying is just to show that he wasn't Muslim. Although his memorial service was clearly a Christian oriented service, but Michael Jackson was not inside the casket. There was a compromise between Jackson's family and the US government. The family is not allowed to openly confirm his conversion.
So it's clear to you, Michael Jackson has left Christianity to Islam and that's the truth which is not being digested by you.

This story was made up by the Sun in nov 2008. they sad that Yusuf Islam and David Wharnsby was a part of it. Both these people have put out officall statemetns saying it never happen. Michael Jackson never converted to Islam, not for money, not for anything. There is no truth to it. Michael himself have talked about his faith until the very end, it was always about reading the Bible, Jesus and so on. This whole thing is yet another media lie without any truth to it.
