First of all it gives this video a high chance of youtube taking it down, and secondly, you obviously are a noob if you can't find a link to download it. All you have to do is type into Google and find a download link from there.

@Trevorleeous Go to WiiHacker213's channel and check out his videos on getting it. There is also a program called 'Mii Installer' which lets you create Miis on the computer and install them on the Wii. Hariytt has a video showing how to do it :)
