Haha I'm pretty new to powerlifting (I don't powerlift myself, just train at a powerlifting gym) so a bit cloudy on rules and different organisations. You'd think it'd benefit the sport if they had universal rules but ah well!

??? Dude, you're hilarious. You're right that Vlad squatted deeper (by maybe an inch or two) than Chuck did, but Vlad weighs 340 pounds, Chuck weighs 240 pounds. This is the record in this weight class. Not to mention, Chuck could probably squat 1200+ @ 275 and become the strongest known squatter in current day powerlifting.
