Yes, & Yes... It trashes the steering geometry about as radically non-stock as it looks. It makes for very heavy steering, slower to lean, & awkward while heeled over because the tire is so wide. Unless you want to attract ghetto women, or hang a nitrous bottle off it. Don't get a ridiculously big fatty rear.

Here's the bottom line...People are going to be riding custom sportbikes just like the hillbillies ride harleys. As for me, as soon as I saw Orange County Choppers, I wanted that fat 330 tire...first time I saw one on a sportbike it was a done deal. I ride a ZX14 with a 300, and it handles fine. NONE of the punks on here trying to dictate the purpose of a sportbike even ride, let alone ride hard! Im out to make girls drool and beg for a ride, not race Brokeback mountain with my buddies!!!!

I think ur wrong. Just because u don't like such mods doesn't mean that it's against the physics. In fact such big wheels can only be put on a high displacment bike such as the busa if it was a 600 it wouldnt of been a good idea. On the other hand, u could say one sided swing arms are against the physics too(technically speaking) but why are they that way-For the looks. Undertail exhausts r just as uncomfortable but yet they do come stock in our bikes as it looks better.Its bout what people like
