download the language pack from utorrent 'dot' com 'slash' downloads it and place it in %AppData%\uTorrent

after that go to uT> Options (the second tab)>Preferences (first selection)>General >pick your Language.

There are 2 ways to speed up uT (without tweeeakingggggg):

1. Pick the BEST, FAST internet service package...(this will help you a LOT!)

2. Pick only the ACTIVE torrents, don't pick the dead ones.. More seeds more power.. if theres more leeches than seeders.. don't pick it.. (this also helps you a LOT too!)
