Ther is actaully an easier way. When he jumps over the walls, before he hits the ground, mash the B button and you'll puch him. That will automatically end the battle. Easy as hell.

Boss fights are so hard because of how unpredictably they move. I keep getting one shotted from the boss while he's invis.
