To use the decrypter you hold down the fire button next to the item you are trying to unlock

You don't have to use tranquilizer darts... Just stun them with Bond's fists.

everytime you play the level the code is randomized i suggest trying to use the decryptor for all panels and if possible unlock the upgraded version which is used in this video

Ive completed this whole game on 00 agent. This one is a little easy than the other ones since the guards arent very anooying. Its probably only the last part but you have a scorpian. Its about the same thing as operative if you really think about it. But still, not bad. I dont see many good ppl like you anymore.

yep but remember its supposed to be like a walkthrough to help ppl get through the level if they were stuck for instance
