I feel sorry for tomoki at the end of the fight....

but, my nightmare of ape escape 1 will haunt me again! i had enough of these space themed levels it gave a huge headache looking for specter! i didnt play the game for 2 years and now i had the guts to finish it and so i did! i finally beat specter and even at the second part and even at the remake at the game (which gave me a 10 hour headache after finishing it) and now im in this level, lets just hope i dont get another headache in this game!

Has anyone noticed that the music on the SpaceStation is a down right rip-off from SPACE 1999?

I remember hearing that music on some episodes, most rememberably, the "Space Brain" episode, I just saw it recently and went: "WAAAAAAAAAAH???"

This is an excellent series, thanks for uploading it all. My only suggestion would be to mention within the tags which boss battles happen in each section so they're easier to find for people like me who are looking for one specific boss battle. I just love Tomoki's voice clips during this fight.Thanks again for doing all this work. :)

I hate how they drove away from the original creation of the helmet. The Professor invented a Peak Point Helmet, not Monkey Helmet. I have no clue how it fell into the hands of Specter, but they shouldn't change their ideas of the original game...It would have made more sense for Tomoki to say..."I was on the Peak Point Helmet Research Team." The Professor never intended it for Monkeys in the first place.

yes, in order to capture specter. you have to get the monkeys in the first part of the game going on to his first showdown. then capture all the remaining monkeys in the levels and reach his final showdown to beat him the last time.
