cheney was in charge of NORAD on that day of simulated airplane hijacking drills. Richard Clarke beat them over the head with memo after memo on day one. Regrettably, Clarke apologized for his "failure", but I think it was in the sense of not drawing a picture for numb nuts and rice. While it's hard from me to believe bush was behind 911 because a) it worked, and b) it involved planning, it does give cause for hmmm.

But there was other incompetence that got covered up too. Shortly after 9/11, engineers were talking about faulty construction of the Towers, but when was the last time anyone mentioned that?

Now I don't buy every single thing Michael Moore says in his movies, but I think he got it right in Fahrenheit 9/11. I believe his feelings behind it were that the administration knew, and did not act. Not exactly that they themselves were involved. But look at the previous 1993 bombing - the CIA were involved in providing those guys with the stuff. Look who funded the Taliban during the 1987 Soviet invasion - the CIA. I think the likeliest explanation of the 9/11 attacks was that our gov't knew in advance, as shown in Fahrenheit 9/11, and I think nobody really did anything because they needed to make a new "enemy." Kind of like the whole idea of fighting communism. Keeps people in business for years. It was about money in my honest opinion. I thought attacking Afghanistan and the Taliban was the correct action to take, but why Iraq? The WMD lie? Hussein? No it was about control over oil reserves.

Also i might like to mention that the main antithesis to "they knew but weren't prepared therefor were in on it", is that the report given to bush pre-9/11 was inconclusive and he had no reason to act on it. Who's plan had the twin towers with air craft crashed into them. The plan they were practicing or the PNAC one suggesting a catalyzing event like Pearl Harbor or the warnings they had received, or the one Bush was briefed on I have seen the cover I wasn't sure which it was.? The Air Force was running multiple war games on the morning of 9/11 simulating hijackings over the continental United States that included (at least) one "live-fly" exercise as well as simulations that placed "false blips" on FAA radar screens. These war games eerily mirrored the real events of 9/11 to the point of the Air Force running drills involving hijacked aircraft as the 9/11 plot actually unfolded.

Guess what... by voting as a United States citizen—or citizen of the United States—you join in the rebellion that is noted in Section 2 of the 14th Amendment; when you vote as such a person—or do not denounce the United States citizenship by proper process—you are in rebellion against your "constitutional state government".

yes, but unfortunately diebold and other electronic voting systems have been caught in the past of having fraudulent code that shifts the vote counts to whomever the shadow govt wants in office.
For some reason, people are not addressing this extremely serious issue!!!
I spoke about this issue at the voting office in my city and the employees running the office acted ignorant of the issue and did not seem to care.

Interesting comment. I think that voting machines should be ANALOG not DIGITAL. They should have NO CODE, only analog counters. There is absolutely no reason for using microprocessors.

I live in Kentucky, while there was a major voting fraud expose' in Ohio in 2004, the voting office should have been well aware of the issues. For 2008, our state has purchased a variety of systems.. primarily electronic oting machines made by ES&S. In a recent set of articles ES&S has been criticized for lack of security on their systems.

The manager was kind of arrogant.. mostly she tried to maintain a blank stare; however, when I first brought the issue their initial instinct was a defensive stance because they thought I was accusing them directly of voting fraud. After I had explained that, the fraudulence normally came from the manufacturer of the electronic voting machines and the fact that the code was not being monitored by a third party they then maintained a stance of ignorance and general silence.

I was happy to read in some articles in August of 2007 that my state's Attorney General and Secretary of State and our State Board of Elections is examining the electronic voting systems recently purchased since California has decertified their systems in Aug. of 2007.
