Thanks for that! I tried for half an hour to connect my brandnew I-phone 4 with my brandew Jawbone and got nowhere. The step I was missing was tapping the icon that said not paired. Once I saw your video I followed the instuctions. It's taken me 6 times longer to type this note out than it did to actually connect my new Bluetooth device to my phone. Very helpful indeed. I have the Jawbone Bombshell and the only way I got it to go into pairing mode was to turn the head set off, hold down the talk and noise assasin button, THEN turn it back on while holding the buttons down. It took me many tries with many different combinations to figure this on out.

@FaizQ12 To conncect a plantronics, you go to the settings. You tap blutooth. Ask to pair. Hold down the black button. when it finds your plantronics, type in 0000 as the code. I'mma do a tutorial and send it to u.

My friend gave me her Jawbone so the instructions provided along do not apply. The red and white indicator light would not flash consistently.

The pairing mode instructions should be amended to include pairing if it had been turned on previously. It does not.

I pressed the noise assassin button and held down AND pressed the talk button and held down. ONLY THEN, did the red and white indicator light provide a steady flash. It then connected quickly!

This is the only video that told me to press both buttons on the Jawbone at the same time. I can finally use my Jawbone after it's been sitting in a drawer for months. Oh, at th end you need to tap on the iphone where it says paired. Then it will read connected.

one thing that I'm finding with 99% of the videos about this subject is that they don't say what state the headset is in - which is and should be POWERED OFF. If you try to do these steps with the headset already turned on, this won't work.

Im having some dificulty in pairing my Motorola S9-HD to my IPhone for some reason. When I go to the IPod area in my IPhone and play some music its comming directly from the speakers.
