Hi howsmartareyou, I use a DC motor to be the electric power generator, it is just a 12V DC motor which was assembled in a broken inkjet printer. You can get that kind of motor in any broken inkjet printer or electric hair dryer. ^^

i now how to do this its very interesting a dc motor is a ready made generator when you turn the axle fast it produces electricity take a motor and connect it to a 9v battery then take a lollipop straw and connect the rod to the other motor and attach a led when you on the motor spins and the led lights up

Yes, thanks. I know that. I use pebbles instead of using water is because I need to demo this device in a room, I don't want to fall any water to the ground or desk in the room. It is easy to clean if using pebbles during the demo activity. Thanks anyway.
