  • Do you know what you're having?

  • congrats and beautiful belly

  • Welcome to the 3rd trimester mama!! We are so close in date!! Love your belly its so low!!

  • @dodger19 lol its so funny you say that, everyone I meet in real life comments on how high it is! when are you due?xxx

  • haha-youre so funny- you def wont pop out a 15 pound baby! youre right on track with your weight gain! its just a shock because youre not used to gaining so much. Its mostly water and stuff. I hope your heartburn gets better. I dont want to brag but i really dont even know what heartburn feels like! maybe thats a good thing, you make it sound terrible! lol your belly is so cute & round!!! x0x0

  • ate had thHey hun sorry to hear you have bad heartburn i have never had it.You have definately poped havnt you.I can see the line now to.I didnt notice any stretch marks until after i had Morgan and lost a bit of the puffyness i noticed them on my bum checks uper thigh`s none on my belly thou ...phew.xx

  • Candidmommy Jen, said she has been taking papaya enzymes for heartburn and its been working for her. She just talked about it in her latest preggy vlog.

  • @Sara040507 oh wow thats interesting! I will definitely look into that. a more natural remedy would definitely be favoured over medicine. thank you for the tip love ! x

  • 20 pounds is great! Good job! :] And, i totally agree with you as far as people saying stuff like "just wait" "it just gets worse" blah blah blah haha. Don't take it to heart, you know how you feel and EVERYone and EVERY pregnancy is different. :]

  • I have found if I don't have any tums drinking ice cold water or mint chewing gum helps alot! I have had the worst heartburn this pregnancy right from the start and it is horrible so I feel ur pain!! U are looking well though

  • awhh, dont feel bad about the heart burn. I used to get it all the time and it was one of the most horibble things ever

  • 20 lbs is perfectly normal- no worries :) & the weight is the baby+placenta+belly+uterus+fluid+increased blood supply :) I always have to keep thinking of that, otherwise I just feel like I'm going to end up having to birth a 20lb baby!

  • i read previous comment about tums and we do have tums in the UK my mum bought some for my brother from Asda a few weeks ago, the tablets are multicoloured the ones she bought lol. heartburn for me what usually helps is milk seems to sooth it, it dont make it go away completely but it helps ease it for a bit

  • @1701becky oooh I will have a look in boots next time im in town, thank you for letting me know! milk does basically nothing for me unfortunately :( x

  • @youngmummy2b tums are just like rennies. they are both good for heartburn :)

  • I know what you mean by gaviscon doing fek all, happened exactly the same way for me too - as soon as the heartburn arrived the gaviscon did nothing to soothe anything! Obviously its completely upto you but I'd suggest asking your midwife for a drug called ranitidine as its alot stronger than shop brands and is completely safe during pregnancy as my doctor & midwife has prescribed it for me! xxx

  • @gemmavaughan1 I will definitely be asking about that drug next time I see her! I actually find that eating something is the best thing for my heartburn...oddly enough. Its almost like it gives the acid something to do for awhile lol! obviously eating everytime i get heartburn isnt a good long term solution, though xxx

  • It's so obnoxious when you can't say anything hurts without hearing "Oh you think that hurts WAIT until labor!" Heartburn hurts I feel your pain!

  • @melanieapril18 ugh I know, so annoying! I'm sure it's probably true, I dont doubt that labour feels like you are about to die, but it doesnt make other pregnancy symptoms any less painful. thank you for the support hun :)

  • @youngmummy2b I haven't actually even BEEN pregnant before and people who know that I would really like to have four kids ALREADY tell me that. It's so rude. All of my closest friends are mothers, and we're all constantly shocked by the things people feel they can tell you because you're pregnant. Like how big you are, how swollen you look, and thinking they can touch you! It's like by being pregnant you're a walking circus act for others to stare at. So bizarre.

  • @melanieapril18 Ahh I'm so glad someone seems to understand how I feel! I'm constantly getting comments about how "huge" my belly is, it pisses me off so much. I wouldn't go round commenting on other peoples bodies, so why do people think it's ok to do it to a pregnant woman? I had a stranger in the supermarket lecture me last week for keeping the sex of my baby a suprise, and had another random woman ask why I wasn't at school and give me the dirtiest look!! People are unbelievable sometimes.

  • @youngmummy2b My friend kept her baby's gender a surprise, and she had people scold her for being SELFISH! I'm not the most patient for things like that, so I have a feeling my first pregnancy is going to be a lot of lectures to taken aback women in super markets! lol. As for the heartburn I think you're right about carrying high and that'd be the culprit. Your uterus is pushing right into your belly and pushing the acid up! I have a wicked ulcer right now, and heartburn is so painful! :-/

  • Heartburn is awful! Sorry it came back. Do you guys have Tums there? That really helps my and it has calcium too, so that's good.

  • @benjen98 I haven't seen Tums over here but I will definitely look out for it!! thank you for the tip love x
