Your health is refilled at the beginning of every level. Every POP game is like that.

Got to love them ancient Persians.

They lived in castles built on volcanoes, with motion-detecting spikes, crushers, cutters, and conveyor belts. Not to mention hostile skeletons and the need to constantly climb&jump your way through the halls. Oh and magic.

No wonder the Prince iz hax epic and doesn't afraid of anything ; that's everyday life in ancient Persia!

I careful stepped up to them to draw them up, then ran through them. If you're going into a run or getting out of a run when you cross onto a spiked tile, they won't kill you. It's only when you're in a full run or fall in them that they kill you.

The problem is that you need to trap someone in it to actually use it or have a reward in the middle of the maze and a competition to get it.

one of my fav parts was on the part 1 video when you were fightin the skeleton and fell backwards on purpose and grabbed the ledge on the way down

It's your own shadow that you have to fight with, later on in the game. It was created in the earlier levels when you were forced to run through a mirror in order to proceed on in the game. Jaffar set up that trap- Fighting Your Own Shadow.

You are really good. I was so scared of getting hurt from the guillotines and the jumps. I remember when the red-haired Amazon killed me, I was so heated I had to get her back...

my favorite prince of persia game by far, sooooo hard

mine to man, I just finised playing it again last week and till this day it is a difficult game, Ive passed it about 5 times since I got it back in 92 , Love the music, and the graphics are crazy to be for snes. Many consider this version to difficult , A remake of the dos version came out for ps3 and 360, Konami should make a remake of the snes version. Best one

By the way, there is an Energy Jar (that gives you an extra hit point) at 07:20, if you stand and press A at the middle of the bridge! But since this is a speedrun, never mind it!
