Thank you~ Being one of those people in the tornado hit area, it is nice to see people like this. We ARE all one big family, and it's amazing to see everyone coming together. Thank you, Japan. We love you! ^_^
I want to upload a video, do a hundred pages of art, or even play against millions of duelists on yugioh online if I have to just to show my heart to Japan. The Point is that I want to show that I do care about the victims in Japan AND in America, in any manner possible, and make things better for them. I just can't stand by and do nothing.
Thank you for posting this. It's very intriguing to see Japanese people partake into Jamaican culture. I honestly had no idea there were people like that there. And for them to speak about our hurt States here in America is very nice. Again, thanks for sharing!
Rastafari is a religion, and way of life. Although their message is from the heart, I just can't buy into these two. They seem as contrived, and transparent as Sunday cosplayers. Is this a fashion statement? Did she actually have "Yo, yo, yo!" written on a piece of paper? I've seen vid of her in concert. She's an artist. And this seems like nothing but a gimmick. Anyone want to set me straight? "Yeah man, desu."
@patientzero532 she sang the exact same song on the stage, it's just her a cappella style. I didn't ask her to make up a song for this, "yo yo yo" or "yeah man desu" is I guess Japanese way of greeting in reggae? I asked them what they said in the video before publishing it and that's what they told me... :)
Okay! For all of you nagging that you can't understand what's being said just hit the little 'CC' button. Simple! Hiroko, keep it up, we all love what you're doing.
@FromTheHourglass i only see 1 american complaing in the coments about how he cant understand it and yet u single out "americans" complaining the most? anyways what i wish more people would understand and like the girl in the vid said w/e ur country we're "one big family"
@koeme yes, and there were a few comments actually, and even Hiroko stated it herself in another video of hers. Of course this isn't the only video were americans have complained, and she knows that herself. I'm just commenting because that's what I have read and seen in the comments and in other videos. This is what I have seen, so I won't keep commenting on your replies. Have a nice day :).
if it is a message for people in the u.s.a. it would be nice if it was in english. language i don't send a message to japanese in english. that would be impolite, and lazy.
@tommydow1 Not really sometimes people want to show their support but don't know the language (They probably don't know or aren't skilled enough in English), it is better to do whatever you can rathen than not doing anything at all. and you cant learn a language within a few days. and so the subtitles are good enough,
Thanks for putting this up this cool video. I've been to Japan a few times now to visit my wife family ,and I'am always impressed by the Japanese people. When the tsunami hit northern honshu it stung me personally just like the tornados here in the states. I hope one day the world as a whole will have a relationship as the U.S and Japan now share.
Hiroko, my state was one of the states that were hit, though we weren't touched by them, alot of them hit just down the road from here. I can't understand alot of this but some of the words I can, and I want to thank you very much for putting this up. It means alot. We are still praying for Japan's recovery!
Great message. Everyone, do what you can. work harder seems like something wrong to say. Everyone keep going until the end. I will keep on blogging and making videos and tv shows on this end. My heart and mind is with you! Nihon faito!
With the internet it is one world so, all of you are my friends and neighbors!
It's beautiful to see people who have suffered such a big tragedy encouraging others who have suffered a similiar situation. It's a fantastic message and i hope we all keep supporting each other regardless of small things like distance and nationality. :-)
I thought this was good but I wish I knew what they were saying in japanese..??

So I guess it is pretty impolite and lazy of you not to have posted your comment in Japanese so that the people you are criticizing could read it.
And I am sure you must be able to speak and write in Japanese since, obviously, you expect Japanese people to be able to speak and write in English.
