  • What I want to know is how to maintain the kombucha brewing whilst moving along the road in the rV and not splashing the whole batch everywhere!

  • Totally off subject: I am moveing so that I can get good healthy food. I am not Raw, but have many allergies. I have been thinking of Arkansas, but don't know is there good places to grocery shop? Organic. dairy, soy and gluten free.

  • I eat herbivores.

  • My parents are now 59 and 70 (father just turned 70, mother will be 60 in june) and they both love keifer! on top of their age, my father is also lactose intolerant. However, Keifer is great for him too! (I believe they make a lactose free one? My parents are in good shape for their ages (my mother has managed to astound her doctors by stopping and even reversing her bone-loss without taking stuff like boniva or other similar products), but, every little bit helps!

  • Fermented food is good. Also vinigar (pickeled).

    Love and Light.

    David, Orlando, USA

  • You guys are too damn happy -___-

  • lol...NOOOOO!!!!!! …i just washed that rug

  • Love it guys! I've been dabbling with raw foods and want to be more focused on it. It is more fun with all the great ideas for traveling. Thanks so much!

  • Fermented foods are awesome!

BTW: Making your own kraut is not smelly if you use an airlock.

  • ok david -- lol

  • love you guys and your videos

  • i believe i heard yoga swing =D

  • I knew there was something wrong with that white stevia!! LOL And I know what you mean about trying to find watermelons with seeds! People think I'm crazy when I pass on 'seedless' watermelons...hahaha

  • Love this video, thanks so much! I am leaning towards a vegetarian diet and I don't do soy protien. I love these ideas because in the summer we are all on the go.

And yeah, what is up with the seedless watermelons? I had a SEEDED watermelon the other day and it tasted sooooo much better. Nature does it best! :)

  • WOOO Mother Nature.!!!

  • Hahah poor AnnMarie. JEeez Kevin way to mess up her nicely cleaned rug!! At least it was just lemon and not pomegranate or beets or something. :)

  • fermented food all the way! I make my own sauerkraut, fermented fruit drinks and kombucha

  • Yes for fermented foods, just not those from animals (fermented animal fat = carcinogen).

  • You need to learn to sprout! Lots of good protein and anti-aging properties.

  • great show this one! thanks!

  • Great insight to your life on the road.

  • What about Organic Coconut sugar?

  • so he doesnt have to pay bills if he owns a caravan i am presuming ?

  • I think when you park an RV at an RV camp site and plug the RV in to get "Juiced up" you have to pay a fee.

  • As opposed to straight saurkraut, make home made kimchi, or the Americanized version I make, mixing cabbage of any kind with vegetables and greens of almost any kind. The cabbage leaf microorganisms will make all of it ferment and last a long time. You don't even have to add fermented fish and shrimp guts if you make it yourself. So mine is vegetarian. Add carrots, peppers, ginger, cilantro, broccoli, cucumber, or whatever is cheap. Cheapest preservable health food, but labor intensive.

  • yes

  • Hello. Thanks for the great video!

QQ: what make and model RV do you two use?

  • Love this! Watermelons with seeds are hard to find. What's up with that? Fermented foods.. Yes!

  • I plan to buy a seeded watermelon, save the seeds and gorw my own!!!!

  • organic stevia...I dont seem to like it as much as the liquid. I cant drop a dop in my tea it just seems hard to work with. But I have a jar of it in my cabinet. how do I use this stuff? the will is strong but the taste buds are fighting it.

  • you did make the porridge.

  • You both look healthy and happy! I don't know which is better, but I like sauerkraut.

  • she's really cute, great vid!!!

  • Yes to fermented foods.

  • As always, you guys are so cute!

Craving the coconut kefir right now!!!!!

Hey, come down to Santa Cruz on a Wednesday, on time for the downtown farmers market!

(hey David Avocado) haha that was a good one

  • REED Avocados are amazing. Try them when you are in California. They are the creamiest avocado ever. I get 5 Haas avocados for 2.00 at my local farmers market. Jealous?

  • lol nice funny ending :) But why argue ? Just listen to your body when it comes to food. Fermented foods may be good to many people and then not suit others.

  • Why is Kevin "just starting to eat fruit again"?

I thought Kefir was a fermented liquid yogurt?

Kevin don't you get alot of gas from sourcrout?

Kevin I noticed in alot of your other videos that you tend to stay away from sweet things. Are you a Diabetic?

    Thanks.

  • Kevin was fighting micro organisms that feed off sugar. If he started to eat high sugar, the micro organisms would flare up.

  • Oh, thats a shame. How did he find out he had a problem with sugar eating microorganisms?

  • Yes, fermented foods are good for me as well. I know meyer lemons are sweeter than regular lemons, but it still gave me the shivers to see Kevin take a bite out of that lemon, yikes! The two of you are hilarious, thanks for the smiles.

  • Nice insight on the Stevia--I have only seen the "white." Yes on the fermented foods.

  • great info!

  • that stevia powder may be cut with something..... i've seen it a really bright green before from goldmine i think..... just heads up....

  • Wow! I never thought about the Stevia being white not green. I'll have to try to find the green:o)

  • you guys are great-what a beautiful couple! Hey , tried the kale and pineapple wraps the other day - excellent!

    best wishes from ireland!

  • I must get that kefir! The only kefir I in stores could find are milk.

  • How is the male stamina on a raw diet?

  • Annmarie looks happy. ;)
