Troy, this is a really good video and you look so good too! Thank you for telling about the fine line in choices and sharing your experience around 'truths'.
Choosing love over fear is always easy to talk about I think but I do also experience integration happening step by step from my actions and choices in all those challenging and sometimes less challenging situations.

@Nassergamez, yeah, the dumb upload process didn't let me add any until after it posted, so it's grabbing from nothing. So that's why I wondered how it was chosen. Probably just randomly.

@Nassergamez, I only have one: my giant dog named Spyder (the gray dog). You probably saw two in the background because Spyder had LuLu over for a visit.

I think it was a hard and rewarding thing you did. Bravo and I am glad you are making these. When I did not see one I thought you might have given up on them. :) glad you are doing them I love it. I also love the way you describe things. You have a great way of filling us all in without sharing too much of the others who are involved. That is a skill. you know you rock socks! ~hugs~

@combustication07, It's such an EASY thing to CHOOSE to take the higher road, but it's not so easy to DO the work that it takes to stay there. I ain't gonna kid anyone. But without the load of all of that anger and frustration, at least the path is a lot lighter and that frees up a lot of energy to do more effective things than being upset and crying and wishing. Things truly turned around in a heart beat. HUGS BACK TO YOU!!
