@smokintheblaze: I don't know, but definitely home-made. Capcom is famous for using their own engines for their games. However, the RE chronicles series have become an exception to the rule, as they are run on a heavily modified ID tech 4 (alias the Doom 3 engine), and DMC 5 might use a heavily modified Unreal 3 or 4. In any case, even if Capcom uses a popular engine as the aforementioned, their experiences in engine making encourage them to alter the above almost beyond recognition.
