I don't which track you mean, but this vid only covers the first 3 tracks of the CD, which are:
1. Miss Behavin' - Such A good Feeling (Scott Fo Shaw Remix)
2. 12 Inch Thumpers - Don't Cross the Line (Olive Grooves remix)
3. Paul Maddox - Feelin94

What is the driving game at the first second of the video? Is it an amiga game?

That's the second stage of Robocop 3 on the Amiga. It has a couple of stages of driving, some of a first person perspective walk and shoot, a flying stage and a fight against the ninja robot stage.
Its ROBOCOP 3 on AMiga ^^
