You know you can DONATE those working radios to your local Amateur Radio Club to give to new hams that do now have a working radio and they can make use of these working units. Trust boy, I'm sure there are hams out there that would be willing to use these in their ham shacks.

Smashing such good radio isn't the answer - DONATING THEM TO YOUR LOCAL RADIO CLUB IS. Believe, you can go a long way with such donations.
