  • fuck this guy

  • The United-States, the greatest experiement in the history of mankind????????????????

    Ha.... ha ha................. HAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAAHAHHAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • Merica! Fuck ya!

  • spiritual guidance? blindly killing innocent people simply because you are threatened if you don't is good spiritual guidance? how does such stupidity even get past the mayor position?

  • Religion is false and infectious. For who is a christian to judge? Why might a man and man not lay together? Why must you interfere with the secular world? Enough we say. For you have burned non-believers at the stake, one day, shall you feel the fiery flame at your feet, and finally understand, what it is like to burn alive simply for your beliefs, as we have in the past.

  • Jesus take the wheel!

  • i thought he was going to say "religion is interesting, and if you dont agree then you can fuck off"

  • Superstitious redneck alert !

  • Good Leader = Believing in a magical sky daddy

  • @GIossary

    Great faggot = You

  • it was choose obama or choose mcain. their both shitty, but we had to choose a poison.

  • lmao this is comedic gold. i'm crying

  • How very, very dangerous these views are.

  • Geat statement, great man, great liar. I'd vote for him in my country, I just can't get a visa for USA cause anti-judeo-christian gays have occupied the US embassy and practise racial selection just like the nazis did.

  • @SomeUser9753 best troll this year imo

  • It's the fault of voters that people with these kinds of frankly stupid views are their candidates for office. You get what you demand as a democracy, and he's only saying what he knows will sell to voters.

  • is demonstrating the ability to beleive something without any empirical evidence really a trait you would want in a leader? take a look at the countries that are run by "men of god" Iran, Afghanistan under the taliban. is that really the example you want to follow? one of the reasons that the US has been so successful is that its government is not allowed under the constitution to favour one faith over another. secular democracy is the best system man has managed to produce so far.

  • Thank God he lost!

  • "This nation was founded primarily on Christian principles..." Did he mean greed, corruption, selfishness, fucking the people up for profit? Just look at that recent SOPA/PIPA madness, there's a list on the internet of how much money each US senator and representative received to vote in favor of or agains those laws. That surely isn't democracy.

  • @colouredmirrorball

They mean't back when it was first founded. Back in the 1700's there were no PIPA/SOPA.

They aren't referring to todays government.

  • Oh grandpa.....

  • in other words, "I'm comfortable being around people who don't expect me to use my brain. People who expect me to use my brain bother me."

  • I began to question Obama and his presidency but whooooaahh nelly did we dodge a bullet with this guy.

  • WTF with this "Judeo-Christian" canard? It's Abrahamic, and Islam is part of that tradition. Methinks it's the Zionists who insist on including the Judeo part, so as to curry favour. They still think they're the chosen people. My take on it is that it's all a ruse...designed to keep us down on the farm. Hooey. Bunkum. Nonsense.

  • Someone should murder him.

  • it's one thing having a mindset like this when u come from a poor background, it's quite another that educated people living in a developed country have this kind of backward narrow mentality. This is not genuine of course.. it's all politics. It's so easy for Politicians to strum the religious chord every time they want an easy vote. Happens here in India too, but on a much bigger scale as there are just too many religions you could be pleasing for some quick votes.

  • What a fucking dumbass. He's blatantly stating that he doesn't abide by the constitution. Some of the founding fathers were Atheists!

  • Wow... just WOW!!!!!! What an arsehole!

  • What a cunt.

  • If the context and how you put the video together exactly matched what John McCain felt, I would be against his view. Though that is my personal stance it does not throw out his viewpoint. He has a narrow viewpoint but his to have. Personal belief no matter how much we focus on it, should not alter his duty to serve the people as a whole. Including those that don't maintain his personal belief set. Either way though, this video is chopped up. I would like to see the full interview in context.

  • Hitchens could do a better job leading our country and he's DEAD.

  • John McCain the committed Christian? Somehow I don't believe it. Who would Jesus waterboard?

  • @insdel2004 I don't know if Jesus was into waterboarding, he seemed to like that whip he beat merchants with in John 2:15. Would I rather be whipped or waterboarded? That's a tough one. Either way I'm pretty sure Jesus only preached loving kindness to one's fellow religious dogmatists just like all of the psychopathic American politicians, as Jesus fully endorses the Old Testament and all of its murderous babble, he says so in his own words. Great roll model. Read the bible.

  • How was that about freedom of religion?

  • Of course I know what you are saying but dont agree. You insult me by saying that I wont accept it so I am weak when thats not true.As for 9 out of 10 christian leaders, you will find its the same with most, they dont practice what they preach. Finally most atheists are smart people who know exactly whats going on in the world and we do know the system is bent and twisted by the same people, unfortunately money and power rule in our society, religions part of it.

  • Just a evil man using religion to manipulate people.

Look these guys up, they have many ties to evil occult practices.

    Skull and Bones\Bohemian Grove.

They're all prepped and they're manipulative liars.

It's obvious now, stop trying to espouse your "non-belief" through this, it only shows your bias. Atheist fundamentalism, ironic.

  • What are Christian principles? That term gets bandied about, but is never explained.

  • @MrWagman11Politicians using it, religion, as a means to get into office are simply evil.

Look up Ron Paul, he doesn't agree with gay marriage or homosexual intercourse. His own words " I don't agree with what they do, but they have a right to do it" that is a man who is a Christian but recognizes that he is in a position in society that doesn't allow him to suppress others based on his "beliefs". He recognizes that, look him up you will see that through his policy and character that he is real.

  • I dunno if I should like or dislike this video. While I loathe and despise McCain's comments, the OP of this vid obviously feels that this is ignorant, small-minded bigotry. So while I agree with the OP, the content of this video makes me cringe.

  • there is a massive amount of evidence showing that a lot of the founding fathers were either athiest or diest

  • @LongLiveTheBlues There's a massive amount of evidence that many who we have in power where installed and that they have evil occult backgrounds and continue to associate with it in secret.

It's all documented and you can simply search it all up.

    Skull and Bones, Bohemian Grove.

    All the way to Bilderburg.

:) Atheism, is exactly where they want you.

  • @SixFootTallMidget Fool whats atheism to do with skull and bones or the occult?Answer nothing whatsoever, its there look it up,theres no wonder idiots think atheists are some kind of satanists. We dont believe in any of the above.

  • @TheTomtuffy I'm saying that people keep bashing Christians because our "leaders" are Christian when 9 out of 10 they're not. Even so much so as the complete opposite!

Atheism is just where they want you, ignorant of what's really going on with our world.

There are some really twisted and evil people in charge and the system is being hijacked over the generations by these people who all have the same backgrounds from formal groups to groups of the occult.

    Atheists aren't satanists.

  • @TheTomtuffy Atheists just don't believe in any God(s). My point being is that there's something messed up going on with many of our leaders.

  • @TheTomtuffy That being an atheist makes it so you don't want to accept it or even look at it and that is a weakness.

  • @LongLiveTheBlues Then you're ignorant to how this world really works.

  • @draoi99 hahahaha

  • if i was old enough to vote in 2008, I would have voted for mccain. Now I FUCKING DESPISE this cretin.

  • what a fucking creep. He should have stayed in that vietcong torture chamber, and be poked with a tiger hunting spear for the rest of his pathetic life.

  • I try so hard to like USA'ans but then one of them starts bragging about having "the greatest nation ever in history" and it makes me want to sign up for Al Qaeda.

  • idiot

  • ask yourself this people: would you want someone like this with the firing codes in his hands? would you want someone like this engaging with and making decisions with Iran or dealing with North Korea?

  • "this country was the greatest experiment in the history of mankind" wow what fucking arrogance lol what a knob.

"this country was founded on Judeo-Christian principles" hahahahahahahahah....Senator McCain, you need to read Thomas Paine's books

  • "this country was founded on christian beliefs " so apparently religious freedom is a christian belief

  • Robin- "Wow, Holy Shit Batman!! Do you think the USA wants to be a Theocracy?"

Batman- "Oh yes, my feathered friend. The theists(Xtians) of this supposedly secular, free country, want to have everyone kneel and pray to their god. They also want their leader to be subserviant to that god and not serve the people."

R- "But, Batman, that appears to be against the tenets of their Constitution and Bill of Rights."

B- "Yep, tell Alfred to get my Batcycle ready. I need to pay a visit to Washington."

  • Yes, based on Christian principles such as right to free speech, right to a trial, right to not self incriminate............. hmmm, that doesn't make any sense at all. Let's compare the bill of rights to the ten commandments and see what matches up. Jesus seems to be a pretty popular guy in Christianity, but isn't seen anywhere in the US constitution. Strange.

  • wow ???????

  • Bigotry is wrong. Passing off blatant bigotry as moderation is worse.

  • hahahahahahahahahahah...if you want i laugh harder HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH....

  • I would have expected a presidential candidate to have more moral intelligence than to basically say his religion is correct and that others are not as good, that's not going to be respectful to others, although as an atheist he hasn't technically offended me as I don't have a belief in another religion but I'm sure this could offend and show less moral intelligence to muslims, hindus, buddhists, jews, exc.

  • Holy shit. How do these crazies keep getting so close to, or in, the presidency?

  • i bet he had read the constitution and he's perfectly aware that the founders emphasized on NOT binding the state with any particular religion. Many of them denied christianity and judaism. I like how he rewrites the history, it reminds me of a communist regime.

  • @0live0wire0 the united states has become a slight religious dictatorship

  • @0live0wire0 Careful when mentioning "communist regimes" to remember that almost all of our historical experience with this type of governance is that the leader of the communist regimes were themselves a type of supreme leader, which means they weren't communist, they were fascist like any other fascist regime, and no fascist regime can ever be a communist one. Ask yourself "who lived better, the leader or the people" if the answer is ever the leader, then that is not communism

  • @0live0wire0 you are highly mistaking. Most of the founding fathers were Christians but did not believe that any church and its leaders were to have any role in government.

  • @advocatefromGod they werent christians at all actually, for the most part, they were deists. they believed that the best way to keep everyone happy was to remove religion from govornment... you know... the whole reason the pilgrims left england... to get away from scary religious leaders telling people to believe their way or die. you dont even know your own history? i assume you're american lol

  • @0live0wire0 But in his own words, that would be a necrocracy! Just like North Korea...

  • "Judeo-Christian principles": those religious tenets that declare that Jesus Christ is and is not the Son of God.

  • I think he's right about founded on christian principles......slavery,genocid, racism.....You should take your country back & start stoning homos & burn some witches

  • fuck you you ignorant fuck. BUDDHA ALL THE WAY

  • I am not going to follow anyone who doesnt have these principles. I DEFY ANYTHING AND ANYONE WHO WANTS TO DESTROY THE BILL OF RIGHTS OR THE CONSITUTION. JUDEA- CHRISTIAN IS NOT ONLY MY BELIEF BUT MY COUNTRYS FOUNDING PRINCIPLES. FREEWILL IS AGIFT FROM GOD bestowed unto humans alone. We are created equally but some people choose evil and death. True freedom is found only in the Holy Trinity one God now and forevermore.

  • @cocoinfinity1 However the constitution was not formed on judeo christian beliefs.

  • This country was founded on Christian principles?

Thomas Jefferson said Christianity is a disease I dont know wtf he's talking about

  • better guidance? therefore a better religion than other religions? dare i say , he thinks it is the only true religion? is he saying , it's our way and no other way? if so, sounds to me like facism. just thinking out loud on my keyboard folks.

  • Hmmm... does this Constitution that the Republicans claim to uphold mean anything to them... It clearly states that religion should NOT mix with the nations policy. John Fitzgerald Kennedy understood this very well making him arguably one of our nations BEST presidents. So fuck these right wingers and the bible pumping horses the ride in on...

  • Just think. It was either Obama or this bastard... and people wonder why I don't bother getting off my ass to vote.

  • He just disproved intelligent design. Good for him!

  • personally I don't agree with his opionions as I know there obviously isn't a god, but I don't feel he's saying something offensive. He's literally keeping it very personal, so I don't agree with all the thumbs down in this video.

  • @parabit Hes actually spreading things that are totally unfactual and go against our first amendment rights. If you are saying you want only a Christian President then you want Christian superiority. 'Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof' For example: Its unconstitutional for gay marriage to be a law just because Christians think its a sin. Yet it is also unconstitutional to make a law that says kids cant pray in school.

  • @T00LIZATION The only thing he presents as a fact is that the United States of America is founded on Judeo-Christian principles and that their traditions are entwined. Well yeah, that can be debated, but doesn't stir me at all. The other three things he states are clearly personal; he uses "I prefer"; "I just feel that probably" and "I just feel". He is sensitive about the fact that they are personal opinions. He doesn't say that he only wants a Christian president, but he prefers it. ........

  • @T00LIZATION Just like I would prefer someone from the Humanistic tradition, who would stand up for the individual rights and have its ethics based on earthly things and whether it would make someone happy

  • @parabit he is saying the president of the U.S. should be irrational. a harmful and offensive assertion indeed!

  • @caseyspaos Well to call a person irrational whereas only one aspect, even though an important aspect, is irrational and to call that offensive or harmful goes a bit far. Then you can say that everyone with a different politcal view is irrational which is a fallacy against their arguments. I think we have to understand from examples, that losing a religion can't only be expected when someone is confronted with the evidence against it; it apparently needs a lot of time to sink in.

  • stupid old fuck...

  • ....and McCain probably still wonders why he lost in 2008. "Judeo Christian" - what an obnoxious loaded term that is.

  • I'm an atheist McCain...does that make me immoral? Asshole!

  • I wish his mother had done a better job of washing his arrogant, foolish mouth out with soap.

  • @playingdablues

i wish his mother had an abortion.

  • @playingdablues The problem is not that his mother didn't do that, its that his father did, however he was doing it to hide traces of his DNA

  • @playingdablues I bet his mother is the one that fed him those views.

  • Is he for real? I am very glad that he and the brain surgeon, Sarah Palin, did not make it. It would have been a deadly combination for this country. Thanks, Zeus!

  • @FLL999 It´s m understanding that he has been in conflict with the Christian right several times in his career, I think this is him going with the party line rather then an expression of his own opinions. Palin on the other hand is just bat-shit crazy.

  • How does this asshole explain all the fucking slaughtering around the world our christian principaled nation has had its hands in. Now and for the last 200 years? Not to mention the human slavery and only allowing blacks to segregate barely 45 YEARS AGO. And all the shitty treatment towards womens wages? Perfect example of stupid politicians pandering to an even stupider audience.

  • @Mirewood I didn't take that long to respond.. I just needed something to do while waiting for my ramen to cook. Anyway, continue with the discussion at hand.

  • @Mirewood sorry, I have neither the time nor the interest to read every conversation to the fullest on youtube. Anyway, have fun.

  • @Mirewood The human eye evolved over billions of years, that's a LONG time. It was a long time for it to be perfected by natural selection. IS it that hard to believe? A more reasonable argument for me would be that I am surprised that we don't have wings. But our species evolved in a different direction that specialized in increasing brain mass and complex bodily functions.

I suggest that you grab a textbook and read about it. It will make a lot more sense.

  • Why is everybody disliking the video? The guy agrees with almost all of you. But then again is disliking the video disliking the content or the presenters intent? I completely agree that this guy is a bigot(but not bat-shit crazy like the GOP candidates this year), so what is it? Do I like it because I agree that he is a bigot, or do I dislike it because the video is just of him saying this is a christian nation? I'm so confused.

  • I'm not sure why so many people are saying the USA is founded on Christian values, have any of you even read your own constitution, or done the slightest bit of history research as to who the people who wrote it were, and why they wrote it like they did. It seems to me there's something in the water in America that causes people to mistake ignorance for knowledge and opinion for fact.

  • ohhhh god i actually liked this bullshit by accident !!!! :(

  • @heltongut123 your not the only one who liked this clip by accident, 229 other people did as well.

  • Comment removed

  • @METAL8651 what a relieve :D thanks..

  • It worries me that this man was in the run-in for the presidency. I like what Obama represented in his victory - although I don't think much of him otherwise (apart from his ability to speak well) - but it's no wonder he won, up against this moron.

  • I like my peanut butter in my chocolate, but i do NOT like my church in my state.

  • american politicians every one of them corrupt and worship satan they murdering millions of people around the world even their own people they not even patriotic to their own people god help usa if there is a second coming of christ hes gonna wipe the most vile corrupt american government off the face of this planet lol bye

  • Some1 should test him with lie detector about 9.11

  • Umm...I feel compelled to point out that this country was founded with a thing called Freedom Of Religion!!! Who you vote for is a matter of what they will do for the country, not what religion they will uphold. Come on, people...do your homework before you run a campaign!!

  • Only in America can somebody so openly stupid be running for President.

  • What an idiot.

  • America has great potential to be a real world leader, but it's a great sadness, that the only reason that anyone in the world listens to what America says is because it has an enormous arsenal of Hi-tech weapons, which it has demonstrated time and again it is not reticent to use on countries that don't agree with it.

Some Americans realise this and are ashamed. An American friend of mine even describe his own country as a gorilla with a machine gun.

  • Please visit my channel for the unpopular truth about homosexuality.

A person does not need hatred or any kind of phobia in order to acknowledge important differences between heterosexual attraction / behavior / marriage / adoption and homosexual attraction / behavior / marriage / adoption. Even non-religious people know this.

Homosexual activists, with support from the media, have succeeded at framing themselves as noble victims; it's an effective way to push a social agenda.

  • @lightandbeautiful Ermmm.... thanks, but no thanks. Ever thought there might be a reason why your 'truth' is so unpopular?

  • John McCain has the right to be a Christian. That's just fine. But it's absolutely inappropriate for him to drag religion into politics. FAIL.

  • @CuriousGeorgeMonkey9 Why not? There is nothing in the constitution that says he can't?

  • @assasincomedy Yeah, but our Founding Fathers were against church and state being thrown into the same pot. The Constitution favors no particular religion, and neither should an American politician.

  • @CuriousGeorgeMonkey9 Wrong. The constitution stresses the seperation of Chruch and State, NOT secularism. They stressed that America would have no State religion so that no one would be victim to persecution for holding different beliefs than the state, they did not intend to remove religious beliefs from politics.

  • @assasincomedy Doesn't matter. It's wrong to prefer the adherents of one religion over the adherents of another.

  • @CuriousGeorgeMonkey9 Says who? That's just your opinion and has no relevance to the argument.

  • @CuriousGeorgeMonkey9 Of course not. Your statement is ridiculous. Politicians all do things out of their respective beliefs, religious or not. It would be insane to let politicians prefer democratic or liberal, socialist or fascist beliefs but to forbid them to do the same with their religion.

  • @SGASGASGASGA I'm not saying McCain doesn't have the right to practice Christianity. He just shouldn't drag church into politics. The U.S. is all about secularism.

  • @CuriousGeorgeMonkey9 He has just the same right to base his politics on Christianity, at least in my eyes. Secularism is very hypocritical. I do not understand why someone would have the right to make political decisions based on for exapmle humanism but not on Christianity. This is not democratic at all.

  • @SGASGASGASGA Yes, but not all U.S. citizens are adherents of the Christian religion. For example, Senator McCain has no right to take a stance against homosexual unions simply because it goes against his theological beliefs.

  • @CuriousGeorgeMonkey9 It does not matter, not all US citizens are adherents of socialism either but you have the full right to take a socialistic stance in politics. This is the essence of democracy. You take almost any political stance, and the people vote if you can actually put it into practice. Because McCain didn't make it to president he has no right to actually ban homosexual unions(which the president hasn't either I guess), he had however the full right to take a stance against it.

  • @SGASGASGASGA If personal beliefs do not interfere with a politician's political stances and decisions, then I see nothing wrong with them.

  • @CuriousGeorgeMonkey9 Man, you miss the whole point. A politician's stances and decisions are always based on personal beliefs.

  • @SGASGASGASGA A politician's stances and decisions should be based off of secular ideological beliefs, not religious ones. Morality should override theology.

  • @CuriousGeorgeMonkey9 Yeah I think that's hypocritical. It's degrading to religion, and discriminating too.

  • @SGASGASGASGA The U.S. is a free and secular nation. What's hypocritical is mixing politics with religion. The two should be kept apart.

We disagree. Let's just respect one another's opinions and move on. It's been nice talking to you. :)

  • did he just sya the greatest experiment in the history of mankind WTF

actually it sort of makes sense get good land, insert religious wack jobs and observe

  • @BelieveandtrustJesus people like mcain are the reason for that massive debt.. (bush and friends) and the cause of the murder of the native peoples, and others

  • All these cuts and edits make this video seem a bit ... hmmmm... pathetic.

  • this is SOOOO taken out of context

  • wowwww. anyone hear him say MY MY MY i i i, quite a lot in that. I mean geez. if ur becoming an american politician it is, in theory, supposed to be about the people. not you.

  • He's so full of shit, he makes a perfect politician!

  • LOL yes...this country founded on judeo-christian values, such as claiming someone else's land in the name of God, and killing millions of natives savagely or putting them to work in mines to have a slow, painful death.

  • I wanted to write a comment, but there too many equally ignorant aspects of saying that Judea-Christian values are the source of America's strength to choose one. Checkmate McCain, checkmate.

  • The USA was actually founded on secular-humanist values by Freemasons who despised the ill effects of the church.

    FAIL.

  • @GnosticHumanist The founding fathers were deist.

  • @HoneyAndSulfur1991

Yes some were Deist, some were Christian. In order to be a Freemason you have to be some sort of Theist. But there's no doubt the vast majority were Freemasons (I even have a picture in a book of the signing of some major declaration and they're ALL dressed in Freemasonic garb) which makes them foremost Gnostic humanists. Their actions further indicated that they were greatly worried about the Church ruining liberty as it has in European and so were secularists.

  • @GnosticHumanist YOU ARE SO WRONG! T. JEFFERSON DIDN'T WANT THE CHURCH TO BE LEFT IN THE DUST BIN, THAT BOTH THE CHURCH, AND GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT, KEY WORD "NOT" EVER BE OPPRESSED! SO MANY PEOPLE TODAY DONT GET IT! BACK THEN, GOD, AND RELIGION IN GENERAL WAS RESPECTED, UNLIKE TODAY. WE'RE SO WARPED, THAT WE "SAVE THE KITTENS, SAVE THE PUPPIES, SAVE THE TURTLES", BUT KILL BABIES! BARBARISM! SORRY, BUT CHRIST WAS A HISTORICAL MAN. A MUSEUM IN EUROPE HAS A FRAGMENT OF HIS INCARCERATION DOCUMENT!

  • True believers in God, I stress TRUE, are good people, the laws of God are essential! If I steal your car, you blame God? If I jump your fence, break into your house, rob you at gunpoint, you blame God? If my son gets your daughter pregnant and runs away and abandons her, do you blame God? If your wife fools around with another man, you blame God? If a child steals a cookie, you blame God? Do you get it? People NOT GOD cause every ill in life! Mostly, people that have NO belief! Sad fact!!!

  • @geetarnut

Actually socioological studies have shown time and time again that theists have a much higher rate of criminal activity, incarceration, delinquency, alcohol/drug abuse, divorce, teenage pregnancy, and much lower standards of education, than atheists.

    :)

  • @GnosticHumanist I understand and agree somewhat. Whatever FORCE made earth & us, and it did, along with all of nature, should be respected, worshiped maybe! In the preface to his book Darwin says, "ALTHOUGH I DO PURPORT MY THEORY OF THE EXISTENCE OF LIFE, AND THAT SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST, AS WHAT BROUGHT ABOUT ALL SPECIES, I DO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE HAD TO BE "A DIVINE HAND" TO INITIATE IT!" It's been 24 years since reading that, so I paraphrased, the last part about a Divine hand is quoted.

  • @geetarnut

Pity for you that quote doesn't even exist.

You should probably go and actually read what Darwin wrote instead of making it up in your head to suit your bizarre religious mythology.

  • @GnosticHumanist Bullsh$T, I actually saw, & read a photocopy of an original print! Obviously the life all around you doesn't impress you! The structure of a single cell is so complex, just ONE cell! Darwin also said that he had to "admit to divine design" because the eye is so well designed, and if you didn't know, using the word DESIGN, concedes there's a designer a simple point! But you just go on and believe that your mother is a "blood related" to a chimp! Even I wouldn't think that of her!

  • @GnosticHumanist Obviously, YOU hav'nt read all of Darwin's works! I saw an actual photocopy of an original copy! Not a "quotation"it! So, you'd better look into that,, also,, Darwin admited that the eye, with all its abilities and COMPLEX design was simply TOO remarkable for random evolution! I'm sure you've read this?! Darwin couldn't have known of DNA, which is no fault of his, but had he had that available, I think he would concede that all living things are directed by DNA, and they are!

  • @geetarnut

BANG! LIAR! You have resorted to the most well-known and stupid Creationist quote-mine there is: Darwin and the eye, let's see the part of the quote you DELBERATELY left out:

'Yet reason tells me, that if numerous gradations from a perfect and complex eye to one very imperfect and simple.. then the difficulty of believing that a perfect and complex eye could be formed by natural selection, though insuperable by our imagination, can hardly be considered real.'

    F-A-I-L!

  • @GnosticHumanist You are very blind, and wanting to be that way! That is your problem! Ok, so according to you, your mother is a frikken ape, right? I can honestly make that claim,, ACCORDING TO YOUR OWN DEFINITION OF LIFE, AND IT'S ORIGINS! Even I wouldn't offend your mother that way! Fact! According to you, your mother, children, if you have any, are just evolutionary creatures, not deserving special care and love! Well, go ahead think that! In evolution, there's no reason to hope! Not me!

  • @geetarnut Religious people are so scared of not being special. Can't you just enjoy the amazingness that is life without having to believe that someone is watching you? I find it more special thinking that it took over 4 billion years for my existence to come about. It took millions of years of evolution for nature to get the genetics just right so that I could be here. Rather than some deity put us here 10k years ago as a test.

Also we didn't descend from apes we have a common ancestor...

  • @GnosticHumanist If you're a "true evolutionist", you must forget the "high minded ideals" that most NORMAL PEOPLE ASPIRE TO BE, OR LIVE BY! Because it's all just high-mindedness! Yes! Evolution, if taken strictly, eliminates all the beautiful hopes, and leaves you with NOTHING! Fact! If there's no God, then we truly ARE hopeless, and just look at the behavior of many many people, look at movies and tv, DISGUSTINGLY IMMORAL! What happened? Your getting your wish, that's whats happening!

  • @geetarnut

I'm surprised you're STILL talking after you were just caught lying and deliberately using quotes completely out of context!!

And if you think you need a magical sky daddy to give you your morals and without him you have none, then you are one sick, depraved person.

  • @geetarnut Let's say Darwin did believe in god. So what? What's your point? Are you invoking an argument from authority, where we should also believe in god simply because Darwin did?

  • @geetarnut Also why do you have to pigeon hold evolutionary theory to Darwins ideas? Science is not a religion, we can discover new things and information and fill in the holes and make corrections to problems faced in the past. That is the beauty of science. So stop quoting Darwin as the definition of evolution. I'm sure a lot of new information on evolution has been found in the last 24 years alone. Go do some research educate yourself then preach. Stop preaching out of ignorance.

  • @GnosticHumanist Absolutely true. Thomas Jefferson laughed at christianity, and thought that religion was a joke

  • no wonder america is in the shit atm with arse clowns like mcain and bush and palin and the tea party in there political system

  • Judeo/christian is an oxymoron. Like darkness/light.

  • christian principles? wow lol you people support occupation, mass murder... assassination, being pure christian... i definetly know that is a parody.. if he really did say that.. i feel bad for christians, for having this guy represent you

  • shut the eff up, mccain.

  • Actually our democratic system was modelled after Native American tradition. Pretty much everything "Judeo-Christian" is what is wrong with us: top-down government, greed, ignorance, sexism, classicm, racism.

  • Thanks for posting. Too bad most raters don't understand, you're posting for documentation, not for spreading his narrow minded views.

  • John McCain. Well, one hesitates to call anyone a silly cunt, doesn't one? However......

  • How it come that America's greatest achievements were caused by religious principles and traditions?. Amazing!...

  • Thank God -- or thank somebody -- that this doddering old drooling douche bag and his dipshit nitwit dingbat frootloop running mate didn't come close to winning.

  • He lost me at "Judeo-Christian". We all know our country is based on Pastafarian principles. Seriously!

We repealed prohibition, and take pride in our beer.

We have instituted Good FRIDAY as a day for monetary revelry.

Ship Captains can legally perform marriages in most states.

And the Treaty of Tripoli specifically states we are NOT Christian, so what else is there but Pastafarianism?

  • Our politicians are so fucking backward.
