If u actually thought it was fair then ur lying to urself. I've never played, but its probably based on (like slots) percentages and luck. The machine probably gives a fair shot after making 1000s of dollars.

As someone who owns these, the games are fair. The owner cannot control when the games payout, only how long the center light is on. The shorter the length, the fewer prizes payout. The game can be won every play, if you are fast enough. It doesn't payout after a certain number of wins. It pays out when a user stops the light in the given window of time. It can not be set to not payout or to payout after a certain number of plays.

i actually work with these and yes they are rigged to recieve amounts of 100-2500 dollars before they payout, they also remove prizes periodically to make the consumer think it has been winning

The frame rate on your phone could be (and probably is) slower than the speed of the frames on the game. That is likely why it looks like it skipped in the middle.

its rigged. it has like a payout thing. from the factory after every 800 dollars (u.s) put into it it will deal a major prize. however stores can get upgrades so its 1600 or 2400 or 3200 i believe
