Can i reinstall without the cd?

I dont have this ice anymore I know have a World junior one. And I dont have the cd anymore to reinstall. The computer lets me play without it.

When I press pllay on my nhl 09 game it says Hook DLL not loaded. What does this mean? and when I go to international game it frezes on loading screen. help?

@connorandersonmusic You might need a fresh install for that issue, the international freezing might be due to any NHL icepacks/arena packs you have. Also the freeze may be due to not following the readme if you have the vancouver icepack featured in this video.

Then it says youll have no Menu Musci and I dont have any.

You're supposed to backup the original files to a seperate location on your computer just in case something goes wrong or else you'll have to reinstall. So just copy and paste the files to a new folder somewhere

@connorandersonmusic download the versus and just simply follow the instructions: "To install simply put all files except the alternate folder in you nhl 09 directory and run versus.bat"

It's not that hard just follow readme's instructions and everything will work perfectly.

@connorandersonmusic Hm..weird.. Sorry about that it worked for me, I hate to say it but if it continues and uninstalling it doesnt help consult the readme or just delete everything you put in or if you HAVE to just reinstall it.

@connorandersonmusic I'm not sure, I haven't had these problems before but I would say a fresh install would fix it or if you could remove the dittypack completely.. Sorry man I'm stumped on this.

I've downloaded all of these files and nothing went wrong for me on either of my computers

@connorandersonmusic thats the one I meant to send you, lol sorry.. You need to download NHL view and use it, I might make a video to explain it to you and upload it in a bit.

@connorandersonmusic You basically need to open NHL view when you download it and then go under the international teams (Under teams) Click the "Arena" tab and then set ice to NHL from International because the ice was made for the NHL size not International.

Also on the dittypack I cant find it anymore but there are still a ton out there for NHL 09 so just choose whichever one you want.

when I went to play my nhl09 pc game I added IIhf jerseys mod so when I went on the game to pick the jersey it was there but when my team went on the ice there jerseys were the old ones what do I do

@connorandersonmusic Could be a number of things causing that.. I just use the NHL mods for jerseys etc and it works fine for me... I'd check a readme if there was one but to run as administrator just go to the control panel and make sure your account is one then I suggest turning it to never notify you with files, ETC if you can trust the sites your D/loading from.. Wished I could help you more but I'm stumped on this issue :/

@xeroxFIN Xerox you're going to have to run the batch file..Open NHL 09 directory and find the file that looks like the command prompt then open it. Usually they're named installer/install or Jerseys something like that. If it helps sort by file type at the top. I hope this helps you, if not I'll be glad to help even more :D

@JetsInThePeg That's total BS lol..The commentary is by the same people, yes but the PSP has TERRIBLE graphics compared to this (But pretty nice considering it's a handheld device.) Also you can't mod the game like you can on the PC (PC you can customize sticks, arenas..pretty much everything) Also NHL for the PSP has NO arena music..making the game seem kinda bland for me but that's just my opinion

@JetsInThePeg Yeah somewhat but the PS2 has better graphics because of the systems graphics capability etc, The PC can look amazing compared to that when using the HD mod and also runs 60 fps if you have a good cpu which makes it far more superior than the PSP/Ps2
