The characteristic flower ornaments they have on the heads are not part of any specific regional costume, but a part of the traditional ritual named "Lazarki". During the St. Lazarus' Saturday and Palm Sunday, young girls sing and dance special Lazаrki's songs and dances. Those girls are called Lazarki (or Lazarici, Lazarenki).
