@nonpartpundit i just got asked to do the Labour force survey (LFS) It says in the letter they can do five months of surveys. Contact anytime day time night or weekends. Highlighted with a green highlighter it says I have to comply. Signed by Lise Rivais director of western region northern territories. The Canadian Charter of rights protects us from intrusions like this!

@MrTeslaray the LFS is important, it's about 5 to 10 minutes a month, strictly confidential, and NO, they won't call during the night, statscan wants their respondants to help them and provide the correct answers to their questions, therefore the interviewers are very polite and open to your comments. Also you can ask them to call you strictly at a precise time during the day and can also choose on wich day.

I'm well placed to know that.

@gentilguy I can tell yo with certainty asking me a pile of questions is not going to cure the Country! Stop the S.P.P (security prosperity partnership) and stop shopping at walmart and buy local! @arnagee590 your a nitwit with ADD. Everything you write down on the census is information already known to the government. They already have your medical, criminal records, etc. The census provides information for the general Canadian public about Canada's current population.

Vital information that helps us do business within Canada.

Without the mandatory long-form census, the government can start making up all the statistics they want and fund projects that make no sense.

@Bojaxs I have seen massive torture to Canadians by other Canadians! Law enforcement is so blinded and corrupted they are not equipped to hear the truth! The Survey does not make sense when you are a victim of Canadian government abuse! Why am I unemployed ??? Just watching CPAC and Clement was making some sense at the beginning however he was caught in a giving bad information - like Intro of long form in 1971 (wrong). The Chief Statistician and Felligi guy really know their stuff!! I'm changing my vote next time, if they make decisions like this, then what's next.
