if you water temp is low and your head temp is still high. have you tried slowing the flow through the head? because if the water is in the head longer it might cool it more efficiently.

Like i used to not run thermostats on my car and when i put a high performance one in, my head temp went down by alot.

thank you and the sound live is much amazing the bike you saw its 50cc 40x40 i changed it too 54.5x54 rs 125 gp parts inside of it part of the engine was made from 0 lol it reached almost 200km/h  about the aerox engine's here we have lots of them if you really want one maybe we can arrange post i can send it to you and there is thousand's of kits for it to reach a lot of hp

thank you for your comment but the video you commented was just a slight tune from a client with a piston with 2 years rolling every day what means that is really good tuned its with 96cc on the video 40 stroke 54 bore you should take a look at my prototipe video you sim to have very good ideas too but you should try tuning yamaha engines like aerox jog r etc much better engines to start progressing there is scooters racing here vith enormous power 80cc having about 30hp doing over 150km/h

DSD, installing 2 waterpumps will not double your cooling capacity nor will it double the volume of liquid being pumped. your temps will remain the same bcoz you still have the 1 radiator & it's the same size as you have always used from the start.

if you want to drop your temps significantly install a bigger radiator or add a secondary radiator to your existing system.
