aww jesse's so cute!! my bro is an angel too, and he's the coolest dude in the whole world. always laughing and flappin' his arms around and dishin' out hugs galore to everybody. i've never met other angels, this is the first video i've seen of one other than my bro and it brought tears of joy to my eyes because he's so much like jesse. my bro LOVES water, and his sounds/laugh are so similar. people don't know what they're missin' out on with these unique, sweet, awesome kids. angels rule!

I am glad you posted this video. I have never heard of Angelmans but I think my child has it. My wife just met met a woman whos son has it and my son has an undiagnosed condition with these symptoms. Thanks again for posting.

@Mylonsum Most people have never heard of this condition, it was only recognised as a seperate disorder in 1963. It is caused by a mutation in the UBE3A area of the 15 th chrosome. Suggest you go to the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics [FAST] web site. Early intervention is most important. Picture the brain as an auto engine, then think of how the car would run it the spark wires were not connected in the proper order. FAST funds experimentation towards a cure, it is run byASparents

I volunteer in a handicapped class at an elementary school everyday, and one of the boys has angelmans. He makes me smile. I always here that people with angelmans love water, do you know why this is?

@genderfluidkid I really don't know, but yes Jesse has always loved water. taps, water tables, lakes you name it,..if there is water Jesse will be the first person there :)
