thankx im not a big fan of potatoes in my curry chicken i think its better without it cuz it kinda give it a starchy taste but i add a sercet ingredents behind de camera to thicken my gravy :)

You cook your curry chicken just like I cook mines. One thing that I didn't see you add is little chunks of potatoes. It makes a big difference in thickening your gravy. All in all, you did a good job and you have a lot of enthusiasm. You will make it someday.

your food look scrumptious as you say and so do you ..lol.. good job i make my curry chicken similar brown my pieces one by one and then combine them .. and putting curry powder in the oil is no secret ..lol.. every jamaican cook knows thats really how you get the color ..lol.. keep it up
