Thank you. One question regarding the shoulders. Do you bring it forward or keep it in position once you have disengaged the scapula? Hope this make sense!!
keep it in position....most people already have stretched posterior deltoid muscles from driving, working at computers, poor posture etc and do not need to lengthen this muscle any more. Letting the shoulder come forward would stretch this muscle out (with the added resistance of the machine) and that would only encourage postural misalignments. Hope that helps!
