The reason why it's legal (conforming to blizzard's policy) is because you press keys. Characters are not playing by themselves, they're not bots, you control them. You just control more 4 at once instead of one.

The best way to deal with this (never faced on) I think would be to stay at a pillar. The other 3 shamans apart from the leader have a small delay so it shouldnt be too hard to pillar run those. Just wait for an opportunity to get a kill on any of them :) You'll prolly start with 4v5 tho, as the (nowadays) instant lavaburst will fuck you up.

If a person runs behind you. And you're stunned, the other 3 or 4, however many you're multiboxing, can't attack him. And you can't turn around to attack him neither. They could kill the first one and keep doing the same to the other ones, just run in circles around you, so you can't cast. Pretty easy imo.

It was odd. With Keyclone they do the exact same keystrokes as you. Meaning you press W, they go forwards, so if they aren't facing the EXACT same direction as you, they will go a different way. And you can't mouse turn, you have to keyboard turn. But in the video it looked like they were following him. So maybe it wasn't keyclone, but Autohotkey. Which works essentially the same way, except instead of them doing every keystroke the same, they only do 1-9 I believe. Harder to keybind.

Good idea, in theory, but the thing is Keyclone works even when the "leading" character is dead. Even so, it would be possible for the dual-boxer to quickly alt-tab or look at a different computer screen.

Multiboxing does take skill. It requires attention and control over your characters and if you ever multiboxed, you will know that you will lose control of 1 or more of your characters if you are not careful and it happens quite often. If one character is broken from follow to the main guy, it could be hard to regain control if they are out of range or cc'ed. The arena teams shown here didn't know how to fight a multiboxed team and just AoE them.
