I have just and Imean just started making albums. I don't particularly care for a ring binding, or tieing using ribbon, sting or whatever but this is terrific. I do have a couple of questions though. Is there any particular kind of bead that would be best to use. Where would find the type of thread that is needed. And is this something a total beginer could do?
Any help you can give would be greatly appreicated.
@mlev1949 - This binding is very easy to do. I've done this technique with many different types of beads. The beads that are rounded seem to make page turning easier. If you check out my vids - Chronicles of Creating a Mini, Oh La La Album for Velma, Scrap Beach Virtual Crop Prize,GGS August Trade & GGS July Trade, you'll see a variety of beads I use. The size of the bead is determined by then "fatness factor" of the finished album. Hopes this helps.
