  • This is how chuck noris plays golf.

  • The shooter has a real dislike of sports.

  • @MPH84 golf is not a sport

  • These cameras cost so unbelievably much. Sure, you may think black and white is cheap, but think again when you find out these cameras record at millions of frames per second.

Camera's that shoot at over one megapixel (1024x1024) in color, over 3000 fps generally cost way over $10,000

  • this video shows temporary cavitation is real, and its efects. Faklers a fking idiot.

  • @ pahvi67... your poor quality

  • lol the golfball looked like it was blowing a kiss :D

  • so why is it called bullet proof if the bullet will go through?

  • @resdudeornardude

The bullet stayed in the bullet proof.

  • @resdudeornardude

For the metal plates, if the ammunation is too powerfull the bullet will go throuh.

  • @resdudeornardude bullet proof vests aren't really bullet proof a better name for them is bullet resistant

  • lol gelatin was awesome

  • Very nice, well done video.

  • just in reply to a few comments on here how can a slower bullet do more demage then a fast one providing they are two bullets of the same design basikally this would make a slingshot a more effective weapon it would also make it safer to get shot at point blank range than at a distance

  • so if rifles will only hit 3000 fps why does mine shoot 4100fps hell my deer rifle shoots over 3000fps

  • how mant fps?

  • i hate this music

  • 0:27 looks like a cat.

  • what is the avrage speed of a bullet?

  • Most pistols shoot @ 300-500 m per second (900-1500 ft).

Rifle bullets go from 700-950. Snipers sometimes 1100.

  • what are you kidding me . most air rifles shoot 900-1000fps

338 win mag w/250grain np can have 2800fps at the muzzle

  • Comment removed

  • Noname was quoting velocity in meters per second, not feet per second.

  • he was quoting both

  • firstly, noname was using meters not feet in his post. second, a pistol bullet such as the colt 1911 45. only shoots around 900fps. its the size and mass of the round that makes it so deadly, not nessasarily speed

  • @iissouthpaw also the fact that at closer range, the slower FPS tend to do more damage because they don't "over penetrate" or whatever they call it.

  • wish we had some people knowing what they are talking about on here...not talking about your airsoft guns buddy.

  • lol yep...didnt read the MPS ha sorry

  • METRIC FTW!!!

  • @Noname9000000 ya...in airsoft

  • @Noname9000000 LOL get some experience with "Real" guns before you go around posting crap on videos about "Real" firearms.

  • handguns will go from 800fps to 1000fps.rifles will hit from 1000 up to 3000 depending on the cartridge and grain of the bullet

  • @SpudBusterSAE you're way out.

  • @cam5533 the m1 garand shoots a .30cal (30.06) 150grain bullet with a muzzle velocity of 2800fps. my 11yr old nephew made the comment of 1000-3000fps, im here to back him up.

  • @cam5533 and the .223 has a muzzle velocity of 3110fps...

  • @cam5533 .50cal shoots at 2800fps..."you're way out" doesnt quite seem like an accurate description of my nephews knowledge of weapons.

  • @SpudBusterSAE You have no idea what you're talking about.

The most famous loading of the.357 S&W Magnum cartridge spits out a 125gr. bullet at 1500fps; even standard 9mm loadings are supersonic, with those most commonly encountered falling between 1200 and 1300fps.

Your 1000-3000fps range for rifles is equally absurd. Most far exceed 1000fps, and this has been the case with America's standard infantry rifles for more than 150yrs. Your ceiling suggests that you have never heard of 5.56x45mm.

  • song?

  • madison park my personal moon

  • how much is a camera like this?

  • I believe you would be looking at at least $5000 + dollars for a camera that does about 5000 fps. There is however the Casio EXF1, and theat takes 1200 fps. I believe they run around $1000.

  • but can u see bullits flying? with 1200?

  • @MrMuscleMacho yes, no, well sort of. if the camera films at 1200 frames per second and lets say a bullet travels arround 1200 feet per second, that would mean that the bullet would travel 1 foot every frame.

  • smart one

  • my father got 400 fps one for 2000$

  • sorry, 4000 fps one :D

  • awesome where did he bought it

  • pixmania model no. is JVC GZ-HD7, i didn't know how to make a super slo-mo out of it. it had adjustable af and a full hd camera. it-s pretty nice. unfortunately my father sold it

  • tnx man u helped me alot.

  • no -prob

  • a Hummer H1 driving into a brich wall at 30 MPH all that force is asborbed through the human body and the force depends on the caliber of the gun IE .50 cal BMG would be equivelent to a hummer running into to a brick wall at 70MPH roughly

  • You are a fucking idiot. If that were true, those guns would be unable to fire by a human because they would put that much force into the shooter. haha be real, a hummer at 70mph?

  • @randomletterz true. Momentum is a good way to judge recoil as well. 300 lb/feet (in a perfect world) would move a 300 lb. object one foot. Sounds pretty "real world" accurate for a .50 BMG recoil, doesn't it?

  • @hpiownzilla01 totally wrong. A hummer with a gross vehicle weight of over 10,000 lbs. traveling at roughly 105 feet/sec. has momentum of approximately 1.1 million lb./feet. A 650 grain .50 BMG slug moving at 3,000 feet/sec. has momentum of approximately 300 lb./feet. It isn't even "roughly" similar.

  • annnnnnnd pwnd.

  • none of you guys under stand, lets say you have a 9mm bullet , the cartrige is only 1 inch long the bullet its self only takes up 1/8th inch of the cartrige... most 9mm bullets have 23-34 grains of gun powder when the primer is ignited it burns the powder and gases created expands over 3,000 times its original volume thus forcing the projectile anywear from 1,100FPS- 7,800FPS much more than a human could everthrow push thrust whatever the amout of energy released from a gun equivelent to

  • I've never seen a 9mm fire 7,800 fps before.

  • probably a hydra shock bullet whcih were banned from indaho in the 90's they were made to go throught kevlar vest's but they were unbanned in early 2000's but they cost alot of money

  • and i never said a 9mm did that

  • Guys, it all comes down to kinetic energy, impact cross- section and target resistance. While the mass of a bullet is small, its speed is high (and speed goes into kinetic energy by the power of 2). Moreover, the cross-section of a bullet is very small, so the kinetic energy is delivered in a very small area. And lastly, the resistance to penetration determines (in addition to the hardness of the bullet) the depth of penetration. That's all there is.

  • we care y?

  • Hey guys, what song is this?

    Thanks

  • nice video. very good work. i search long for such a slomo video of bullets its rare. but wanna see am .50 bmg going trough a 3inch metal plate

  • Sweet movie. Search google for "Barnes Bullets Facebook" they have some amazing slow mo videos on there!

  • its gun powder against muscle power...''its well known'' who wins...

  • What do you mean, it's well known who wins? A bullet's worth of gunpowder has far less energy than someone's muscles can impart to an object; it just releases it much much faster and transfers it more efficiently.

  • do you at least understand the basics of phisiqs? how is possible some one over throw a granade blast with pure muscle power?? its insane! and for some reason people tend to die wen hitted by a bullet, that dos not happens on boxing challenges, you get hit by a punch and you go k.o. , if the punch was a bullet you would be dead.

  • I think you're confusing kinetic energy with momentum. The gun-powder charge in a typical rifle puts out about 5 kJ(about as much energy as 0.3 g of sugar).

If humans were as efficient as a pistol at transfering energy to a bullet you'd need as much energy as an olympic level pole vaulter generates on the run-up to a jump just to launch one measily bullet.

  • No way. Bullets can travel at speeds of almost a mile per second. No way is any ninja throwing anything that fast.

  • lol, it would mean his arm would have to fly thst fast too, dayum that's the first arm I ever saw that could travel at four times the speed of sound!

  • Now I see your problem. You have confused two issues I have addressed: slow bullet=large wound (which I said was wrong) and why the tennis ball reacted less when hit. Re-read my posts. And learn a bit about the physics of moving objects. It is obvious you know very little.

BTW, I may be quick to insult, but I do give my reasons. You insult without giving a reason.

  • actually the resistance remains the same, unless you discard the law of conservation of energy. which states energey can neither be created nor destroyed, and i only insult those who insult me, in which case, i can become nasty. I come across many internet geniuses, who google the subject and become instant gurus on the topic.

point in case, an object moving slower will cause more collateral damage. the resistance remains the same, but the inertia is lower, which causes the bullet to "shroom"

  • Dude, you REALLY do need to study up on basic physics before debating the subject. Resistance increases as the square of the velocity, you are one of those "internet geniuses", and a fast bullet will cause more damage than a slow one, i.e. .22 LR vs .22 short.

Seriously, though, find someone in your area who knows physics(an engineer, physicists, etc.) and ask them to explain it to you.

  • the card one is sick

  • Wow you can see the bullet breaking the sound barrier.

  • POOR quality

  • Comment removed

  • Tennis ball is hollow. Not much mass to displace compared to the mass of the entire object.

Slower speed leaves a larger exit wound?? Guess again. Energy is en exponential product of velocity, more energy=larger wound. Less energy=smaller wound. Low enough energy=no exit.

  • but if the object has lost of vilocity and has a sharp point it will go right thorugh without spreading much energy

  • The term "much" is relative. If two identical bullets are fired through identical mediums at different velocities the faster bullet will expend more energy to pass through than will the slower bullet. It's all very basic physics. The energy required by a projectile to pass through a medium, whether it be air, water, rubber, whatever, is a product of the drag induced by the medium and the velocity of the projectile SQUARED.

  • "en"? nice spelling =D

  • heh mr. physics over here.....I can tell you that you are completeley wrong my friend.

  • When telling someone they are wrong it is a good idea to tell them what they are wrong about and why. Don't be afraid to jump in and explain your point of view.

  • why explain it when you can just look it up on wiki...I'm not going to try and use fancy terms....my claims are based on pure experience. I live in the desert. I can go shooting anytime i like.

  • So what you are really saying is that you have no idea what you are talking about, you are just a troll.

Go away, troll. Go back to your hole.

  • if it makes yourself better, you can call me anything you like. I'm a highly educated person, with no need to prove myself to unsavory individuals.

  • An object traveling a a higher speed will have more resistance, not less. Unless you toss out Newton's laws. A dull knife causes more damage becuse it is dull not because it is slower. Like I said before, learn something about basic physics. This is a very simple concept.

As far as being quick to insult, I guess all those insults on other threads were made by someone using your name.

  • And I must admit it is pretty sad that you have to stalk my other comments to insult me. actually, it's kind of scary. you're quite childish for someone your age, vendictive, even.

  • @SuperTbucket I concur. I was shot at close range by an Exocet misslie. Think of the energy there, its little wonder it completely messed up my hair do. Mega strength hair gel for me next time i get in the way of a missile!

  • @SuperTbucket

dont forget the mass of a object

  • More material for the round to transfer energy, slower speed as well. for example a exit wound on a human is larger with a slower round

  • It's because the structure of the ball is very soft, so the bullet doesn't hit it hard, it just flys through

  • funny how the tennis ball did not move at all when it got shot. i wonder why?

  • unlike the baseball and the golf ball the tennis ball doesn't have a core. same would happen if you shot an arrow through and empty box.

  • maybe because it's hollow and so light, golf ball and baseball are solid, more for the bullet to "grab" onto. : )

  • Nice vid, when the bullet goes threw the ballistic gelantine

  • I wish I had a high speed camera.

  • I wish I had an M-16!

  • @dyikini you can for $250

  • the ace looks cool <3

  • The baseball had to be the best part for sure at 2:53 It goes in sink perfectly with beat.......

  • Neat

  • possibly one of the coolest videos on here

  • Tiny ass bullet

  • now THIS is gun porn....

  • LOL!!!!

  • This video + music combination makes me feel at peace :D the soothing motion of guns and bullets to techno. Love it!

  • Cool Video!!

  • Brings new meaning to taking in the moment... Effin sick stuff there.

  • Hahaha Word!

  • life is soo much cooler in slow motion

  • Should film the skies with these kind of cameras ;)

  • why would someone want ot do that? it's allready slow enough as it is.

  • I dare you think deeper and see what I was hinting at. Somebody that gave me a thumb's up probably got it :D

  • upskirt?

  • cool name

  • I wanna be the bullet !!! :)))

  • wish to not be in front of it

  • Great :-)

  • 1:23 was pretty cool! Nice vid

  • at 0:27 it looks like an anime character...big hair, long chin, deep eyes, mad looking with a japanese wedding dress? am I the only seen this?!

  • o i see it haha i paused it and it tok me a bit

  • lol good I'm not crazy

  • side ways

  • haha omg

  • Fantástico .. parem no minuto 26 parece uma mulher será Atenas?

  • m16 is awesome

  • hows fps run camera?

  • Where can I buy a camera like this?

  • google it

  • EBay?

  • Monkey?

  • I want that camera!!!

  • lol ill take the guns:)

  • in that case i'll take the vest...

  • then I'll take the knife :)

  • Oh then i´ll take the balistic gel

  • i think i'll take the baseball

  • i just need the ammo lol

  • haxor.

  • bullet hitting the knife was awesome, knife wins?

  • great, now that you posted that, some crazy mother fucker is going to go out on a killing spree and try to stop bullets with a sword because he thinks he's a jedi knight, and then come and sue Youtube for allowing such comments

lol, just kidding, but i recently heard a rather retarded story, and while this is unlikely, it could easily happen, and you konw what, i wouldnt be suprised if the guy won, such a sad sad world we live in . . . . :(

  • fantastyczne ujęcia szybkiej kamery, to jest niesamowite :)

  • holy sh**

  • I've had 3:57 happen under my bare foot

  • ive hade 2:24 happen in my hand

  • wow. you must be deaf

  • i wasnt really conserned about that i was more conserned about my fingers

  • 3:07-3:09 looks like the ball is in space lol

  • do bullets travel faster than sound??

  • Some do. They have to be moving at about 1120 feet per second or about 760 miles per hour.

  • yes.. up to 4-5 times faster.

  • some.

  • Some do some dont =^)

  • umm... are u stupid??? how come some people who are sniped at long range are dead before they hear the sound of the gun???

  • some do and some don't... that's the way it is...

  • you may want to research 'sub-sonic ammunition' before you comment any further.

  • whats the song?

  • My Personal Moon (The Source's Trance By The Moon Mix) - Madison Park

  • amazing

  • well cool i love vids like this

  • Cool video. Cool music too...made me want to dance.

  • Nice,i like the video

  • May I ask what type of camera you used please. Gr8 shots. Thanks.

  • idk the model but it most likel costs about 15 to 25 grand

  • wow the m16 was epic

  • who ever is shooting for this vid is an amazing shot and they way he hit the golf tee

  • it looks like zero gravity

  • shawn ....the music was perfect for this kind of stuff like high speed shots.

  • this a wonderous spectacular vid

  • lol at the m16 burst... i kept thinking it was on semi auto it was slowed down so much... cool vid!

  • cool video, but the stupid music ruined it...
