I have a question about psychology:

* Why do many of us imagine that we are flying when diving in the sea?

P.S. I dived in Maldives and I imagine the I am flying in the sea.

@applesweeter Yes, I often feel as though I am flying when I scuba dive, especially when I am doing drift dives!! I think the feeling of weightlessness when we are neutrally buoyant in the water creates the sensation of flying.

By the way, why do we imagine that aeroplanes look like ocean animals?

For example, Boeing 747 look like a whale; Boeing 787 look like a dolphin, X-48B look like a ray, the head of a Airbus A330 looks like a sea lion...etc.

Wow! It always amazes me that in some places they eat tang that an aquarist would spend $2000 on to put in their tank. I love the shoaling behavior.
