Huh....didn't know that. I always thought they were supposed to be the Kagamine twins. XD Well, in that case, depending on who is working with them, Kagamine could be a sibling name, or a couple name.

I tend to think of them as being kind of like actors.  They can play different roles depending on who is directing. They can be cousins, siblings, or lovers, it just depends on the current 'movie' role they are in.

XD If they are mirror images then it's narcissism. Seriously though, people get too wrapped up in what's 'canon' that they forget to enjoy the characters. I think it's the slashers and such that end up enjoying a character to it's fullest extent because they simply have fun with it instead of worrying over the status of a fictional character. While it's nice to read about canon, it really doesn't mean anything if you aren't enjoying yourself. It's meant for entertainment. So I say nice video. :)

1.Neither the official Vocaloid website or Crypton's website say they're twins so it's best to not assume they are twins.

2. They're mirror images,look at their name.

3.Some songs make them twins for the sake of the story the songs tells. Just like some songs make other vocaloids into prostatutes(sp?),the living dead, and murderers. Just because it's in a song doesn't mean it's true.

4.They're programs and programs can't be related because they're not real people.
