Oh goodness, that all looks good! I've been on a chips and mango salsa kick the past week, but now I'm craving your dip! I've never seen the Calidad chips before, nor the Cinammon Chipotle Rub. I need to go shopping and track those items down! :-) Great recipe and video!

If not for the Velveeta garbage, this would be home run winner for sure and not just for game days either.

I'm gonna try makin' this with a yellow cheddar melted in cream and adding everything else already cooked into it.

that is straight garbage! that one package has 6000 milligrams of sodium. YUCK

not to mention, that shit costs a lot of money for fake ass cheese.

so do yourself a favor next time and buy a block of cheese and you'll thank yourself later.

@R6bbie Garbage though it may be, it sure tastes good. Of course, we wouldn't advocate eating Velveeta every day, but once in a while, this processed cheese-like product lends itself well.

That being said… I've GOT to try this with Applewood smoked double cream cheddar!
