A criminally overlooked and underrated Janet single, this osng is very good and has a great combination of rhythm, nice vocals, great melody, and a very lovely chord progression. The post-Velvet Rope eras did not impress me as a long-time Janet fan, but "Can't Be Good" is a suprisingly great song that should've had a lot more success. It may not necessarily have been number one potential but it surely deserved a spot in the top-ten.
