This is a big screen at the entrance of the " City of Dreams " casino in Macau, China.

It looks amazingly real, especially in real life. Theres a awesome show inside where you stand inside a dome and the dome is a big screen

I guess the screen is about 7 x 25 meters on the left side and 7 x 12 on the right side - yes there is real water on the front.
