I'm totally going to be thumbed downed for this, but I have to say it. In Step 3, you said to choose a species of kitten. Because all cats can mate with each other, they are all the same species. Here, you would classify it as "breed."

Wow. Why does this keep talking about different species? Is getting a tiger, or lion an option? The definition of a species is any group of organisms that can breed, and produce fertile offspring. This would mean that the different types of cats are not seperate species, but actually breeds.
