At this point Seagal was a rising to stars. This was great movie! The peak was in my opinion Under Siege 1 & 2 also. From that it started to go down. Though I am going to get every Seagals movie because even the worst of them are fun to watch because they are so bad. :D And the new True Justice series..first DVD Deadly Crossing (contains two episodes of the series) is pretty good for Seagal movie.
