This performance is no doubt one of the best I've seen on YouTube by any artist. I have a feeling this song might have been on Jeff's second album. It's such a powerful song! And so personal too, so he might have chosen not to include it after all: "Father do you hear me? Do you know me? Do you even care?" I wish we could find out. The falsetto starting at about 5:27 sends chills to my spine! Thank you so much for uploading this and all the other Jeff videos! I couldn't watch them enough times.

@moccasiini This is my favourite version of this song. Unfortunately, Jeff never recorded this in the studio, all of the versions are live. He would never have recorded it on his second album. As he said "I want to strip this whole thing away and start over". His intent was to create something completely different from Grace, and the few other songs that he and the band played while touring the album for 2 years.
