hey i got it.. i think u have to download winrar.. that is why u cannot open the file.... gud luck.... :) then u also have to install the windowblinds... well u have to activate windblinds if u want it to be used for loong days.. otherwise ists just a 30 day trial... well... download winrar.. then download windowblinds too then folloe the read me file in my description and it'll work.. : ) gud luck

i have winRAR....i often change things on my pc....but.......i cant install windowblinds....because i have a theme manager....and both dont work ........on one pc..................isnt there another ....way without windowsblinds?

hey try out style selector, if u want to put themes on it like this: first download the style selector and once done, extract it i think ,....yea them go on that file, click on styles and put this theme there....if this doesnt help search it on google....
